Dubrovnik. Croatia
The pearl of the Adriatic, the city of Dubrovnik is interesting to travellers both from a historical point of view and for a resort holiday. Locals jokingly say that a trip to Dubrovnik is enough to see and experience the whole of Croatia. Reykjavik. Iceland
The ranking of Europe's most beautiful cities continues with Iceland's capital city, called the "tourist gateway" of the northern country. While Reykjavik is the largest city on the island, it can be explored on foot in a matter of days. The mysterious "Smoky Bay", as its name sounds, is the calling card of small island Iceland. There's no grand old architecture here, but a smattering of modern attractions: the creative building of Harpa Concert Hall, the Perlan Boiler House with its thermal water, the Lutheran church of Hatlgrímskirkja, and a number of museums and exhibitions.
