To the attention of graduates of the first (bachelor's degree) higher education and all willing to join the master's degree! The beginning of registration for the master's EIT - from May 11 to June 03, 2021
Registration of persons who wish to participate in the competition selection to obtain a master's degree for entrance trials carried out using organizational and technological processes of external independent evaluation to enter the second (master's) higher education level (further - registration) is carried out in the periods established by the conditions for admission to the higher education institutions of Ukraine in 2021 approved by the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine dated October 15, 2020 No. 1274 registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 09, year for #1225/35508.
Registration starts from 9:00 on May 11 and ends at 18:00 on June 03, 2021
We provide the following algorithm for registration of entrants for drawing up EU / EFVV:
The applicant in terms introduced for registration must send to the official email address of the Poltava Law Institute [email protected], [email protected]скановані copies (photocopies):
filled out application-questionnaire with information necessary for examination sheet (further - Questionnaire) (sample attached);
document certifying the person;
regional card of the taxpayer (Crimea, which because of their religious beliefs, are ordered from accepting the registration number of the taxpader's account card);
Document on higher education (educational and qualifying level) (for osib, who completed their studies in the past years);
Information issued at the place of study on the scheduled completion of education and diploma in the year of admission (for persons whose personal data is not included in the Unified State Base on Education);
Medical conclusion on the form of primary regional documentation 086-3 / o (in case of need to create special conditions for completing external independent evaluation);
photo cards for documents (colored or black and white) with an image that corresponds to the age of the applicant (taking into account the norms specified in section 3 III of the requirements for a diligent image of the person, photo cards submitted for decoration or exchange documents certifying the person, confirm Ukrainian citizenship or special status, and photographic image on them approved by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine for No. 875, 18, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 07 2019 of the year for #1146/34117);
In the letter, the applicant necessarily indicates the last name, name, parental.
In the text of the letter, the applicant necessarily states the last name, name, parent (full) and the account card number of the taxpayer (for availability).
After verifying the documents sent to the academic email, the Qualification Commission sends a scanned copy of the exam letter to the applicant to the email address specified in the questionnaire.
The applicant must verify the information stated on the scan copy of the exam sheet, and in case of error detection, contact the Qualifying Comicia to clarify the situation.
The decorated exam sheet is kept in the Qualifying Comicia and is issued to the applicant in person. The fact of issuing is found in the journal of issuing examination letters.
The examination letter may be sent to the applicant by mailing means if the applicant shows such necessity in the questionnaire. In that case, the journal of issuing examination letters fixed the requisites of the correct mail department
