A small update from us 💙💛

Unfortunately, we need to postpone the release of The Interesting Adventures of Bushynka by just a few days.

As Ukrainians, our responsibilities today go beyond work. They also include standing up for our country’s independence and its right to exist. Over the past few days, I have been attending peaceful protests, and I plan to continue doing so for as long as it takes to make our voices heard.

Because of this, we haven’t been able to finish everything on our original schedule.

The pre-order period was supposed to end today, but we are extending it until Monday. We expect to send all PDF copies on Monday and ship the printed books to everyone who pre-ordered them by the end of next week.

We sincerely apologize for the delay and truly appreciate your patience and understanding.

On the bright side, this means you still have a few more days to pre-order The Interesting Adventures of Bushynka at the discounted price. ✨

When you’re ordering a book online, you can’t flip through the pages first. That’s why it’s completely normal to hesitate.

Usually, we don’t share sneak peeks of our books during the pre-order period. But this time, we decided to make an exception. ✨

In this post you can see a few random pages from the beginning of our book to see what it looks like from the inside. 😌📚
Our new book starts with the very basics — the Ukrainian alphabet. You’ll learn how to read syllable by syllable and take your first six steps toward reading Ukrainian with confidence.

Then, little by little, we introduce simple words, short sentences, and everyday topics.

Just like in all our books, you’ll find:
📖 a glossary at the bottom of every page,
📚 and a complete vocabulary list at the end of the book.

The texts are carefully designed so that the same words appear again and again. Instead of memorizing vocabulary from a list, you’ll remember new words naturally by seeing them used in context.

We know that word stress can be one of the biggest challenges for beginners. That’s why the stressed vowel is highlighted in red throughout the book, so you can feel confident pronouncing every new word correctly.

With every page, you’ll know a little more, understand a little more, and feel more confident reading Ukrainian. 💙💛

It has finally happened! 🎉🥹 We know how many of you have been waiting for this one — and we’re so happy to finally introduce our new book:

The Interesting Adventures of Bushynka 💙

This is our first original book in the shop — not an adaptation of a classic, but a set of stories created especially for Ukrainian language learners.

And yes, this book is for absolute beginners, even for those who think that you can’t read anything in Ukrainian yet. Actually, you can 💛

This book is designed to help you take your very first steps in reading Ukrainian. The same words appear again and again throughout the text, so you can naturally remember new vocabulary while following the story.

The book is divided into different chapters, where your new friend, Bushynka, helps you discover the most important beginner topics in Ukrainian: family, food, the city, hobbies, daily life, plans — and much, much more.

And, of course, there is a glossary at the bottom of every page.

But we also pay special attention to the words that are often forgotten: small words like prepositions, conjunctions, particles, and other little connectors.

These are the words that help turn vocabulary into real sentences — and they are exactly the words beginners often have to google again and again, because textbooks usually focus more on nouns, adjectives, and verbs.
