Tiramisu

Traditionally, dessert consists of only a few components. In particular, mascarpone cheese, savoy cookies, egg yolks - this is the basis. Many people do not like to add raw eggs to food. A classic Italian dessert can be prepared without them. So, write down the number of products per large portion (for 4-5 people) of tiramisu:

250 g of mascarpone cheese;
15-20 pcs. Savoyard cookies;
250 ml of heavy cream (not less than 33%);
120 g of powdered sugar;
200 ml of espresso coffee;
3 st. l. almond liqueur "Amaretto";
several articles. l. cocoa.
Cooking time - 20 minutes plus several hours in the refrigerator.
