There is a tradition in our country to paint Easter eggs with ornaments — “pysanka”. Each region has its own sacral ornament and symbols: life, growth, eternity, spirituality, creativity. ALMA School used to host annual workshops where our teacher Maria taught ALMA friends to create these incredible symbols. This year, we cannot be together to enjoy this wonderful experience, but Pysankas continue their protective and healing work.

Communication agency Postmen has created pieces of NFT-art — pysankas that represent different cities and regions of Ukraine. 100% of profit (excluded operating expense) from these NFTs will go to the Fund set up by the Ministry of Information Policy of Ukraine in support of Ukrainian culture.

ALMA School is a small Ukrainian language school. We are very grateful to all the volunteers for your incredible work! To make it easier and help both you and Ukrainian refugees, we created a special express course of the Ukrainian language and culture "Introduction to Ukrainian". We will help you learn basic phrases and touch on Ukrainian culture. There will be four 60-minute classes (two lessons a week on Tuesdays and Fridays at 12pm GMT +0). The cost of the course is £40 (£60 if you want to donate £20 for some ammunition for a Kyiv Defense Unit (we will make sure this money goes to the right people).
