These words sound the same, but they have different meanings.

✅ Their = belongs to them
Example: Their car is new.

✅ There = a place
Example: The book is over there.

✅ They're = they are
Example: They're happy today.

Many English learners say:

❌ I have 30 years.

But native speakers say:

✅ I am 30 years old.

Why?

In English, we use the verb to be when talking about age.

More examples:
✔️ She is 12 years old.
✔️ They are 45 years old.
✔️ How old are you?

"Your" vs. "You're" ✍️

These two words are often confused, but the difference is simple:

✅ Your = shows ownership
Example: Your English is improving every day!

✅ You're = short for you are
Example: You're doing a great job learning English!

💡 Quick Trick:
If you can replace you're with you are and the sentence still makes sense, then you're is the correct choice.
