Do you want to speak Russian? Stop your choice for Ukraine!
It is a very beautiful and authentic, bilingual country (Russian and Ukrainian are the native languages for 48% of the population of Ukraine), but at the same time it is the cheapest country in Europe. This means that Kiev is the cheapest city from European capitals, in which you can combine leisure with studies.
