PRINCIPLES OF ADAPTATION OF THE ORGANISM TO NUTRITION
The biggest difficulty, both in reducing weight and in increasing it, is to stay at the desired level. It doesn't matter if we are talking about adipose tissue or muscle tissue, this principle works the same for both types of tissue.
This phenomenon is due to the adaptive features and abilities of the human body. All systems of our body are interconnected and it tries to keep their interaction in balance and prevent any situation that disturbs this balance.
So how does it work? I'll give you an example.
Weight never increases quickly and linearly, this process occurs gradually over a long period. If a person weighing 80 kg begins to abuse the amount of food every day, then the body first of all speeds up metabolic processes and enhances the work of other systems, and includes mechanisms to avoid weight gain and stay at 80 kg.
And when all resources are exhausted, and the destabilization of the system reaches a peak, there is a gradual increase in weight over a short period of 5 kg. After that, the body again builds the work and balance of all systems, but in accordance with the weight of 85 kg. And while maintaining the initial conditions, this mechanism will work again and again.
It works the same way in the opposite direction.
The fact that you have reduced weight from 100 kg to 80 kg in 2-3 months does not mean that the body also quickly changed its settings, for it all this is a strong stress and it will take a certain time (each has its own time) for the body to stabilize and built the work of all systems at the level of 80 kg.
Therefore, if immediately after reaching the desired figure, you allow yourself to relax and start eating regularly again, the weight will begin to grow again and gradually return to around 100 kg.

In fact, Diet (from Greek δίαιτα - lifestyle, diet) or diet (from Latin ratio, rationis - calculation, measure) is a set of rules for eating food by a person. The point is that the Diet is not a short-term restriction in food to achieve a result or a means for adjusting weight, it is a way of life and a set of rules that a person follows every day.
It is important to understand that the human body is a mechanism for the existence and maintenance of the life processes of which, it needs a certain amount of nutrients per day (proteins, fats, carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals). These nutrients are used to repair damaged cells, replace old cells with new ones, produce hormones and other substances that regulate metabolic processes and the functioning of the whole organism.
If the body receives insufficient nutrients, it can neutralize this problem for some time by slowing down metabolic processes and redistributing nutrients only to the most necessary processes. But in the long run, it will still lead to health problems.

People ask this question when there is a need or need to adjust body weight in order to improve their appearance. And at this stage, nutritionists and various specialists are involved, recommending the exclusion of certain types of foods from the diet, or eating only certain types of foods. Someone says that you need to completely eliminate carbohydrates, someone shouts that you need to remove fats. So who do you listen to and who do you trust? Let's look at this issue in more detail in order to understand who is right and what is true.
For most people, the word Diet is associated with temporary restrictions on food and certain products for weight loss, or when there are health problems. This is the main mistake, the cause of which was the lack of understanding of the basic principles of the functioning of the body and its digestive organs. This situation was taken advantage of by marketers and doctors who saw in people who want quick results and are looking for a magic pill, an opportunity to make quick money.
They demonized some nutrients and praised others, came up with ingenious schemes for alternating and combining products, constantly going from one extreme to another. They began to create, promote and popularize miraculous diets everywhere, which were supposed to help achieve the desired result, but at what cost it turned out to be healthier, they were silent about it... Thus, a substitution of concepts was made.

Stop mindlessly imitating athletes by repeating exercises and copying their training programs. Stop blindly following everything you see and read online. All of the above also apply to the advice of friends. The fact that your friend “goes to the gym” for a long time does not mean that he understands what he is doing, and it is all the more unlikely that he knows and understands what needs to be done in your case and where to start.
Remember the most important rule, everything you do should be based on the anatomy and biomechanics of your body, taking into account the characteristics of your health. After all, what works well for one person can harm your health.
To do this, you need to learn to understand your body and its needs. Next, learn how to align your body's needs with your goals, finding a compromise and balance between what your body needs to give for better health and your desires.
This means that you will need to perform Movements aimed at improving the state of the musculoskeletal system and health, supplementing them with Exercises that are aimed at achieving the goal and desired result (weight loss, building an athletic figure, developing strength and endurance).

Starting to engage in any kind of activity, each person puts at the forefront the goal, the image and ideal to which he wants to come. Then a natural question arises, what needs to be done to achieve this, and in 98% of cases the same error occurs.
When you start searching on the Internet, a lot of information and advertising splashes out on you. Various intensives, marathons, secret schemes and super programs with tips from athletes, screaming headlines that promise phenomenal and fast results in a short period. Tempted by sweet promises, without straining and easily getting results, with faith and unprecedented motivation, you get to work.
As a result, as practice shows, after a few weeks or months, instead of starting a new life and the desired result, you face injuries and new health problems, incur additional time and money for treatment, and the motivation to do something again disappears.
New problems and restrictions knock you out of the regime for a long period, and the small result that you already had disappears, which is even more demoralizing.
To avoid this, you need to go the other way. Yes, this way is more difficult. Achieving the desired result will take some time (for each it is different), but in the end the result will exceed all your expectations.
Although we have a similar anatomy, the starting point and the set of health problems we start with is different for everyone. It affects everything to the smallest detail, starting with the individual characteristics of the anatomy, the structure of the joints and the amplitude of their movement, what injuries you received earlier, and ending with what types of activity you did before and how long you walk, sit, lie down. All our actions are reflected in the work of our body and the body as a whole.
