Long time no see!

Starting from October, our team participated in the SPE Europe Energy GEOHackathon. Last Saturday, the wrap-up ceremony closed this event🥳

Thank you to each member of our “GeoRockers” Ukrainian team (Ivan Virshylo, Artem Korniienko, Ihor Radion, Bohdan Kruhlov, Sakharchuk Maria) for a done job.
We are very thankful for a given opportunity to work with organizers, instructors, other participants and gain priceless experience, which we are sure will be crucial for our future projects.🙏

Big thank you to the organizers SPE Italian Section, SPE London Section, SPE Netherlands Section, SPE Romanian Section and sponsors. Especially, we are truly grateful for Seismos, which gave us solid support in terms of participation.💪

We are waiting for new challenges for our team.🤟😎

Hi everyone!✋

Last week members of our chapter visited the Eastern Europe Subsurface Conference and The 5th International Fuel Congress by The Society of Petroleum Engineers at the beautiful Hilton Hotel Kyiv in Ukraine. Big thank you to Нафтогаз(NAFTOGAZ), Ivano-Frankivsk SPE Student Chapter UA and SPE Kyiv Section, other organizers and sponsors of this event. It was an insightful conference, with excellent technical sessions and excellent event management!

Also, we congratulate our comrades Roman Bukatiuk who won 2nd place in the "Best conference paper" and Arti Kornienko for taking 1st place in the Professional awareness quiz for students (aka "challenge bowl").😉

We are looking forward to the next events!✌️
