I like to spend my holidays in the village. I think there I can really feel nature. There I always feel calm, peacefullu and get a lot of energy. Our health also depends on the fact how much time we stay outside. If you want to be happy and full of energy, organize your day and remember we are a part of nature.

When I feel bad I go out. In a park I can stay by myself, think about my life and future, meet some friends and enjoy the sun. In summer I go often to the sea with my family. But when I have holidays at school I like to visit my grandparents in the village. My grandad always says he would never move to any town. This is how much he loves life in nature. When he was young he used to go hunting and fishing. My grandparents have a big farm and garden. All the products are always fresh and natural.

Since long time people have been connected with nature. All vegetables, fruit and other products nature gives us. Unfortunately today we forget about many things we can be thankful to nature and sometimes we harm nature. Different kind of pollution and resources depletion in future can ruin our planet. But the reason is a human.

Nature plays an important role in our life. Doctors often advice to spend couple of hours outside per day. In summer it’s so nice to work in the garden and go to the forest. When there are holidays and vacation so many of us like to go to the sea or in the mountains. As you can see nature gives us power, energy and health.

People like to spend their time in different ways. We can watch movies, read books, play computer games and so on. But all these activities are indoor activities. When the weather is nice people go camping, walk in the park, ski and skate, go fishing, pick up mushrooms and berries and so on. In general you can see that our people are very active and they like to spend time outside.
