Personal goals and dreams of employees
The manager should be aware of the plans of his employees for the next 2-3 years at least.
And this does not mean that you need to put a person against the wall, put the barrel of a
pistol to his head and make him speak. You need to find a common language and learn about
these plans in order to show the person how he can achieve his goals, working in your company.
And even if there are no such goals or plans, you need to help the employee find them, infect
him with something interesting and thereby motivate him to action, and then tell how you can
realize his dream within the framework of his position. If it succeeds, it will be a faithful
business assistant forever.

The lower level (intrinsic motivation) is the root of everything, this is the main stage in
employee motivation, laborious and not always easy. Therefore, many leaders do not undertake
it even if they understand that the upper level is no longer bearing fruit.
If your company has robots that are not required to make decisions, then just pay them well
and on time and they will continue to work. Before going into detail with the lower level of
motivation, you need to understand who should be given this time at all, and with whom it is
better to say goodbye right away, because the process of internal motivation is not a matter
of 5 minutes.
