With the emergence of the tunnel of love there are many legends. The truest of them tells that this miracle of nature is a common section of the railway leading to the woodworking plant of Orzhevo. It is said that after active use of this path, it is densely overgrown with vegetation. Branches of trees and shrubs gradually intertwined, forming a ceiling and walls. All this was picturesquely and colorfully shaped by nature into a beautiful tunnel.
