EXCITING NEWS!
The new work in Kremenchuk Ukraine began early 2019 to plant a new church of Christ, to hire a Ukrainian preacher to work with us and start a new English School. I moved from WA state to Kremenchuk in March of 2019. We hired our preacher, Artur in June and started our Family English School in October! We hired 2 Christian English Teachers, Olya and Yulya, to work part-time with us in the school.
Satan has tried many things to challenge the work. I have gone back to the US twice for heart surgery and hip replacement surgery. I am now healthy and doing well. Covid-19 struck, as we all know. Through all this Artur, Olya and Yulya have continued to work even when I have been absent.
The work has blossomed and is growing! We plan to expand and expect to double our English Classes in September. We have invited another Christian English Teacher, Svetlana, from Kyiv to come and join the work and she has agreed!
Now we need to fund this work! We need a minimum of $300 a month to grow this work with a goal of $500 to really make it fly! WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO LIVE?

People make all kinds of good lists that are generally good advice. My list today is how I thrive in Jesus. Be full of the Word of God and live it out in your life. We should strive to be like Jesus in all ways that we possibly can. I share just a FEW scriptures that guide and bless my life – I hope it will bless you too!

Matthew 6:33 "But seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.

Matthew 7:7-9 "Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. 8 "For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened.

2 Corinthians 5:6-10 Therefore, being always of good courage, and knowing that while we are at home in the body we are absent from the Lord — 7 for we walk by faith, not by sight — 8 we are of good courage, I say, and prefer rather to be absent from the body and to be at home with the Lord. 9 Therefore we also have as our ambition, whether at home or absent, to be pleasing to Him.

1 John 1:7-8 but if we walk in the Light as He Himself is in the Light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus His Son cleanses us from all sin.

I'm so thankful that God gave me this verse 20 years ago and pointed me to Ukraine! I was asked to come as a sponsor on a mission trip for 3 college students. I prayed a lot about it and this is the verse that came to my mind. Thank you Lord for ALWAYS showing me the way!
