REGISTRATIONS FOR THE ANTWERP MEDICAL STUDENTS’ CONGRESS 2021 (PHYSICAL EDITION) HAVE OPENED! 🎉🎉🎉

After many months of preparation, both preregistrations for active participants and registrations for passive participants have finally opened! Go to amsc.be/register to submit your abstract or to get your ticket now.

• What, when and where? 📌

The 15th edition of AMSC will take place from the 14th to the 17th of September 2021, in person (physically), in Antwerp, Belgium. We will spend time sharing all knowledge gathered by research conducted by medical students during poster and oral presentations and learning about the best medicine done in Antwerp and Belgium via interesting lectures and workshops. Every evening, we will organise social activities, culminating in the AMSC Festival on the 17th of September. On the 13th and 18th of September, we will also have some more informal social activities for students to enjoy.

• How do I register? ✒️

Go to amsc.be/register!
If you want to present your research, you can submit your abstract through our preregistration process. We will then send your submitted abstract to our panel of judges. As soon as we receive their verdict we will inform you about it. If your abstract was accepted, we will provide you a link to complete your registration for AMSC 2021.
If you just want to enjoy the congress without presenting research, don’t wait and go register as a passive participant! You can get your tickets now without any preregistration beforehand.

• What are the deadlines? ⌛

You can preregister as an active participant until the 1st of August 2021 and register as a passive participant until the 15th of August 2021.
Don’t postpone it for too long however. As we only have a limited number of spots in our workshops, the earlier you purchase your tickets for AMSC 2021, the higher the chances that you will receive invitations to the workshops of your preference.

• What types of tickets are there? 🎫

We offer both day tickets and full program tickets, separated in tickets for the academic programme and tickets for the social programme. Definitely consider purchasing a full programme ticket, as these are substantially cheaper than the sum of the corresponding day tickets.
