Today, February 14, 2022, the 70th anniversary is celebrated by the Corresponding Member of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Professor, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Rector of NTU "KhPI" Yevhen Ivanovych Sokol. Teacher, scientist and excellent organizer, Professor E.I. Sokol is respected among Ukrainian and foreign colleagues, partners and students. His impressive efficiency does not allow him to stop there, but the energy with which he takes on every task, as if charging everything around.

NTU "Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute" for the second year in a row holds the third place among Ukrainian universities in terms of the number of citations in the Google Scholar database. The result of KhPI is 113,601 mentions, which is thirty thousand more than last year. Updated data (as of January 2022) is published on the Transparent Ranking website: Top Universities by Citations in Top Google Scholar profiles. In total, the list includes almost 5,000 universities from around the world, eighty-seven of them are Ukrainian.
Top 3 Ukrainian universities by the number of citations looks like this:
– NTUU “Kyiv Polytechnic Institute named after I.I. I. Sikorsky "(131247 citations),
- Kiev National University. T. Shevchenko (130116 citations),
- NTU "Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute" (113601 citations)

On January 27, 2022 the new campus was presented by the Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine Sergiy Shkarlet, the head of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration Oleg Sinegubov, the head of the National Council of NTU "KhPI" Vasily Khmelnitsky, and rector of NTU “KhPI” Yevgen Sokol.

The innovative campus was launched on the basis of NTU “KhPI”. This is the first project in Ukraine based on the University which combines IT education, an entrepreneurship school and coworking. 300 students study together in the new environment. The total area of the two-storey building is over 2700 sq.m.
Our students have great opportunity to be a part of new Innovation campus and get new perspective education!

New specialty in NTU “KhPI”!!!! You have opportunity to get modern and necessary profession- CYBER SECURITY. Computer security, cybersecurity, or information technology security (IT security) is the protection of computer systems and networks from information disclosure, theft of or damage to their hardware, software, or electronic data, as well as from the disruption or misdirection of the services they provide.
The field is becoming increasingly significant due to the continuously expanding reliance on computer systems, the Internet and wireless network standards such as Bluetooth and Wi-Fi, and due to the growth of "smart" devices, including smartphones, televisions, and the various devices that constitute the "Internet of things". Cybersecurity is also one of the significant challenges in the contemporary world, due to its complexity, both in terms of political usage and technology.

It’s best time for learning Ukrainian language. Study at our 6-month preparatory course of Ukrainian language and after take part in autumn intake for the Bachelor or The Master program. The Shenyang Institute of Engineering was established in 2003 through the merger of Shenyang Electric Power University and Liaoning Business Vocational Institute. The university consists of three campuses: a main campus, an industrial campus, and a science park. Currently, more than 11 thousand people study here. SIE offers a large number of disciplines in the following areas: engineering, economics, humanitarian sciences, management and law.
