All our cup orders ship from our Toronto factory using a UPS standard ground service. If your order is scheduled for RUSH production, we may use an expedited method to help meet your timing. For larger orders we will compare UPS rates with our common carrier rates and will always ship using the least costly method. If you’re in the area and would like to pick up your order instead, let us know - we’re always happy to meet our customers face to face!

Ordering Online with us is safe and secure! We employ a method of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise credit card information. This online system is 100% secure. We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. If you wish, you may also send us a Postal Order (only) or a personal cheque. Personal cheques will delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise. Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for shipping of your merchandise if paid by personal check. To order by cheque, just print the order form with your shopping cart contents from the order confirmation page and complete the necessary fields, then mail the form to the address above.

Our custom printed paper cups are made from a high quality white paperboard that provides the ideal surface for a clear custom imprint to market your brand. They are lined on the inside, which makes them ideal for hot beverages. Our custom printed paper cups are made out of fiber that comes from responsibly managed forests and meets the Sustainable Forestry Initiative® (SFI®) standards and are 100% recyclable.
Custom printed paper cups can be paired with either a dome sip lid, available in white or black, or a flat lid. The lids are universal, as well – you can fit multiple cup sizes, all with just one lid.
