Round 4 of online CPD. course for EMI teachers is over.

Round 4 of online CPD course for university subject teachers has been finished with a bunch of lectures in various specialism areas submitted by the course participants. We would like to express our gratitude to:
- TESOL-Ukraine for highly qualified facilitators, trainers of the EMI Basics online course;
- State Pedagogical University and especially Anna Podosinnikova and Tetiana Dokashenko for hosting this course online and its skillful coordination;
- English Language Office, U.S. Embassy, Kyiv who provided us with a VirtualEnglish Teaching Educator
- Nadia Awaida, Academic Director at ELS-ILSC at Eckerd College, Florida, USA.
Without you and course participants, the course couldn't be possible.

Congratulations to the university subject teachers from Sumy, Kyiv, Lviv, Zaporizhzhia, Kryviy Rih, Kharkiv with successful completion of Round 4 of EMI Basics online CPD course. During two last so difficult months 50 academics representing various universities learnt how to run their lectures or workshops in English. Naturally, not all of them have come to the end of the course, however, the most reselient and hardworking ones demonstrated their lectures and lecture plans at the highest level.
Though they were presenting their lessons, sitting in the darkness, they sounded optimistic, inspiring, and engaging. Great job! THANK you!

Building English Language learning community with the help of Virtual English Language Educator Daniel Hagen from the USA within the Program provided by English Language Office, U.S. Embassy, Kyiv.
Each Friday morning thirty academics and researchers from University of Technology gather at the Conversational Club meetings run by Daniel
Agenda of the meetings was agreed at the beginning. It encompasses global trends in higher education, innovations, and the latest research, reflections on the personal and the University experiences, describing challenges and success.
The uniqueness of this Project is that it contributes not only to developing English Language proficiency but to building and reinforcing the University community of English language learners and relationships of its members.
