Elstein Nathan Vladimirovich

🔸In 1951 he graduated from Chernivtsi Medical Institute.
🔸In 1962-1968 he was the chief therapist of Tallinn, in 1968-1991 he was the chief therapist of the Ministry of Health of Estonia.
🔸In 1982-1993 - Scientific Director of the Regional Center of the World Health Organization (WHO) in Estonia.
🔸In 1970-1995 he was the chairman of the Estonian Scientific Society of Therapists.
🔸Honored Doctor of Estonia (1975), laureate of the State Prize of the Estonian SSR (1980).
