Argentina's national dish - "Asado" To prepare the Argentinean dish "Asado" you will need a grill, which can be found in every family in Argentina. In essence, this dish is roasted meat on hot coals. The irreplaceable taste of Asado depends on certain subtleties. The people believe that the preparation of the national dish should be done only by the "asador" - a man. The dish consists of several ingredients such as homemade sausage, meat, blood sausage, and kidney.
