If anyone is still planning on making entries for the triathlon and/or colour run please kindly do so this week to avoid disappointment.

For the COLOUR RUN ONLY you may give Jackie the details in the office and make payment directly with full names of participants and a contact number so we can share race timings with you. You can also email [email protected] with the above details of names, dates of birth, confirmation of payment and a contact number.

It’s a fabulous day out, delicious food and it’s happening come rain or shine! ✨ 🌧️

The triathlon is a major fixture at Kennedy House; it quietly influences a surprising number of decisions and PE sessions along the way.

Preparing for a Triathlon is an effective lesson in what hard work, discipline and a healthy body can achieve.

The event carries more than just medals and mild exhaustion; it weaves its way into the curriculum, class activities and wider sport, leaving behind a collection of lessons that tend to outlast the sore legs.

And while the day itself is, in theory, about enjoyment; the opportunity to build resilient, confident and disciplined students is quite significant… whether they realise it at the time or not.
