The Pan-African Journal of Business Management The PAJBM contain peer reviewed solicited and unsolicited academic articles presenting research done in the business field in countries in Africa.

The PAJBM will contain peer reviewed solicited and unsolicited academic articles presenting research done in the business field in countries in Africa. The Journal accepts both conceptual, theoretical and research based articles. It also accepts cases, book reviews and summaries of dissertations. The Journal is established primarily for the academic world and the publications will be conforming to

other international Journals standard. However, the results could be of use also to managers and policy makers. The articles published are also intended for use in the different courses offered by FBM. It is important to have a high academic quality in the courses, and the knowledge of the development of the business area in the region is of great importance for the students.

This issue includes articles covering Competitive Aggressiveness and Export Performance, Macroeconomic Factors on Fiscal Policy Stance and Public Expenditure, Job Satisfaction Organizational Affective Commitment and Turnover Intentions, The Effect of Marketing Capabilities on Small and Medium Enterprises’ Performance, The Dimensionality of Entrepreneurial Orientation in the Hospitality Industry, Effect of Word-of-Mouth Dimensions on Brand Loyalty, and The Influence of Training Participation on Employee Performance and Employee Intention to Leave.
