**A New Week at The Book Gym!**
Welcome to another week at the Book Gym, where we take reading beyond the pages! Our sessions will focus on connecting the stories we explore to real-life situations and important lessons that matter in our everyday lives. We will dive into how the foods we eat help us grow strong and healthy while discovering healthy eating habits through playful kitchen activities that bring the stories to life.
Stay tuned to see these foods transformed into delicious dishes. If you're feeling adventurous, come visit us as our chefs whip, stir, and blend their magic!
The kids will also engage in calming meditation, which not only helps build their attention spans but also prepares them to engage deeply with the stories and activities ahead.
Let’s not forget our Cosmic Yoga sessions, which blend movement, imagination, and fun to make each gathering a delightful adventure. The Book Gym is all about living the stories, connecting them to the real world, and growing in mind, body, and heart.
