Habari ndugu wapendwa wa kurasa hii.. Leo napenda tujifunze kupitia unga wa Ngano ambao wengi tuna ufahamu.
Unga wa ngano ni aina ya unga ambao hutumika kutengeneza bidhaa mbalimbali k**a vile mikate, maandazi, keki N.k ....

Dhamira yangu kuu ni kujifunza kupitia unga wa ngano katika Safari ya mtu mmoja mmoja kufikia mafanikio yake binafsi na ushindi mkubwa katika maisha ya kila siku

Hapa napenda kila mtu ajiulize ikiwa unga wa Ngano ni mmoja na huweza kutengeneza bidhaa tofauti tofauti? Kwanini wewe kwa namna hiyo hiyo ulivyo usiwe rasimali itakayo kuletea mafanikio tofauti tofauti katika maisha yako????

The choices that we make may determine the better destiny or bad destiny of our lives....

TESTING FOR GOSSIP...

In accient Greece, Socrates was reputed to hold knowledge in high esteem: One day an acquaintance met the great philosopher and said " Do you know what I just heard about your friend "

"Hold on a minute "',Socrates replied " Before telling me anything I'd like you to pass a little test. It's called the ",Triple filter test "

" Triple filter?? "
"That's right ", Socrates continued "Before telling me anything about my friend, it might be a good idea to take a moment and filter what you are going to say.. That's why I call it the triple filter test. The first filter is truth... Have you made absolutely sure that what you are about to tell me is true?
" No the man said ", Actually I just heard about it and........ "
" All right ", Said Socrates "So you don't really know if it's true or not. Now let's try the second filter of Goodness. Is what you about to tell me about my friend something good?
" No, on the contrary "
"so ",Socrates continued ",you want to tell me something bad about him, but you're not certain it's true....

You may still pass the last though,Because there's one filter left. The filter of usefulness.Is what you want to tell me about my friend going to be useful to me? "

" No, not really"
"well " Concluded Socrates, if what you want to tell me is neither true nor good nor even useful, why tell it to me at all????

LESSON :

You should stop gossiping and insteads use the time that you have on focusing on your ideas that you have in your life so that you may transform them into reality..

Who is your friend????

Samson's parents had known the secret of Samson's strength since his birth, yet they told no one.

3.Learning to keep your friends secrets is not only about trust, but destinies are at stakes...
Nothing can be more dangerous and painful than to share your secrets with your enemy thinking that they are your friends!
BE CAREFULLY AND CONSCIOUS ABOUT THOSE WHO CALL THEMSELVES FRIENDS......

BURNING DESIRE IS THE KEY TO SUCCESS.....

A young man asked Socrates the key to success.. Socrates told the young man to meet him near the river the next morning.. When they met Socrates asked the young man to walk with him towards the river...
When the water got up to their neck.. Socrates took the young man by surprise and ducked him there until the boy started turning blue..
Socrates pulled his head out of the water and the first thing the young man did was to gasp and take a deep breath of air.. Socrates asked what did you want the most when you were there? The boy replied "Air "Socrates said that is the key to success as badly you wanted the air, then you will got it. There is no other secret....

Moral of the short story....

A burning desire is the starting point of all accomplishment... Just like a small fire can not give much heat, A weak desire can not produce great results........

SMART GOALS.....

If you ask most people what is their one major objective in life, they would probably give you a vague answer such as " I want to be successful, be happy, make a good living "and that is it. They are all wishes and none of them have clear goals...

Goals must be SMART.......

1.S-specific.forexample I want to lose weight. This is wishful thinking. It becomes a goal when I pin myself down to " I will lose 10 pounds in 90 days

2.M-must be measurable. If we can not measure it, we can not accomplish it. Measurement is a way of monitoring our progress.

3.A-must be achievable. Achievable means that it should be out of reach enough to be challenging but it should not be out of sight, otherwise it becomes disheartening.

4.R-realistic.A person who wants to lose 50 pounds in 30 days is being unrealistic.

5.T-time bound. There should be a starting date and and a finishing date.
Smart goals.......

I HAVE LEARNED..

I've learned-
That you can not make someone love you. All you can do is be someone who can be loved. The rest is up to them.
I've learned-

That no matter how much I care, some people just don't care back.
I've learned-

That it takes years to build up trust, and only seconds to destroy it.
I've learned-

That it's not what you have in your life but who you have in your life that counts.
I've learned-

That you shouldn't compare yourself to the best others can do.
I've learned-

That should always leave loved ones with loving words. It may be the last time you see them.
I've learned-

That we are responsible for what we do, no matter how we feel...
I've learned-

That either you control your attitude or it controls you...
I've learned-

That heroes are the people who do what has to be done when it needs to be done, regardless of the consequences..
I've learned-

That my best Friend and I can do anything or nothing and have the best time..
I've learned-

That sometimes the people you expect to kick you when you're down will be the one's to help you get back up.
I've learned-

That sometimes when I'm angry I have the right to be angry but that doesn't give me the right to be cruel..
I've learned-

That just because someone doesn't love you the way you want them to doesn't mean they don't love you with all they have...
I've learned-

That your family won't always be there for you. It may seem funny to you but people you aren't related to can take care of you and love you and teach you to trust people again. Families aren't biological...
I've learned-

That it isn't always enough to be forgiven by others. Sometimes you are to learn to forgive yourself..
I've learned-

That our background and circumstances may have influenced who we are, but we are responsible for who we become..
I've learned-

That we don't have to change friends, if we understand that friends change..
I've learned-
