It offers Tanzanian youth an opportunity to get and keep a job. The students acquire the necessary skills to work in the hospitality industry in a training focused on work attitude. The Jobortunity team has developed a unique training method centered around personal development. It helps young people aged 18-24 to create a future for themselves. In addition it helps Tanzanian companies to obtain staff with a positive and professional work attitude.

At Jobortunity Training Centre, we believe that sustainable development begins with empowered young people.

We were honored to participate in the Conference for NGOs in Arumeru District, where stakeholders from government institutions and non-governmental organizations came together to strengthen collaboration for community development.

The Guest of Honor, District Commissioner H.E. Mwinyi Ally Mwinyi, emphasized the vital role NGOs play in driving sustainable development through innovation, partnerships, and financial sustainability while encouraging greater use of the NGO Information System (NIS) to enhance coordination and accountability.

As an organization committed to equipping youth with employability, life, and hospitality skills, Jobortunity remains dedicated to working hand in hand with the Government, development partners, and fellow NGOs to create opportunities that transform lives and build stronger communities.
