The mission of our workshops is to equip teachers with skills of engaging pupils/students in teaching and learning process hence makes them enjoy learning. Through these workshops, teachers will explore how effective teaching can be learned, how to improve pupils'/students’ academic success, explore powerful techniques that are concrete, specific, and easy-to-put-into-action. The activities are designed to teach like a pro for pupils’/students achievement.
Workshop Themes
Currently our workshops cover the following themes
• Child Psychology ( Pre-operational and Concrete Operational Stages)
• Reinforcement Vs Punishment (Positive and Negative)
• Learning Styles (Multiple Intelligence)
• Learning areas and Talking walls (Conducive classroom environment)
• Materials Development (Teaching aids)
• Teaching Documents (Scheme of work, lesson plan and teaching activities)
• The power of Play in children learning
• Learner centred teaching techniques (Competence based curriculum)
• Integration of Indigenous games and play in teaching and learning process
Mode of Presentation
Our workshops use Power Point Presentations whereby each theme spent three hours including participants’ activities (with short break after every one hour)
Workshop Costs
We conduct our workshops on daily basis where charges range from Tshs 150,000/= to 200,000/= per day. This is apart from transport cost which will depend on distance from our residence Arusha
