歡迎蒞臨夏恩英語，我們感謝您前來參觀我們的學校。
我們是夏恩英語竹南分校的團隊，到目前為止我們已經擁有十一年的教學經驗。這是因為我們相信專業的國外師資和讓孩子在“做中學”和“玩中學”的環境中能夠讓孩子快樂的學英文。我對孩子們的學習和個人發展抱著很大的熱忱，而且我也很希望能夠讓來自多個國家的教學團隊來豐富孩子們的未來。
我們藉由經營一間夏恩分校來傳達我們提供一個獨一無二的教學環境和專業的外籍師資給予孩子們知識和快樂。除了教學課程外，我們也設置了：五人制比賽用足球場；十二公尺高戶外攀岩區：包含一台 X-Box 的遊戲室還有適用於多種創意及遊戲
課外活動是我們教學上不可或缺的元素。這有幾個原因：第一，每一個學生都是獨一無二的，而我們的目標就是讓每個學生都能發揮其所長：第二，我們很關心孩子們的健康狀態，這是因為學術性研究指出快樂和健康的學生在學校時表現都比不快樂或/和不健康的孩子好
出許多；最後，世界都是在改變的，即使我們不能預測以後會長什麼樣子，但我們相信，透過讓孩子們大開眼界，將讓孩子們擁有一個更美好的未來。
我為苗栗的學童教學已經累積了三十年的經驗，擁有對現行教學系統的優缺點的認識以及知道家長和孩子們需要和想要的東西。我也帶來了一支能夠帶給我們有趣，帶有動力和價值的團隊。我們有：擁有CELTA證照的碩士級教師，都擁有十年以上教學經驗：一名碩士級教育心理學家：一名足球教練：還有很讚的助教和安親班教師。
我們和孩子們和全世界都一樣，我們都在學習，我們也渴望學習新事物，這讓我總是希望能有外人將新的東西帶進來，例如能帶給我們每一堂課歡樂的點子，或是當我們在知識上有不足時，我們會尋找專業人員協助：以攀岩牆為例：這是由竹北的iClimb提供和維護的，我們也邀請iClimb的教師來為我們的每一個員工提供教育訓練課程，我們也曾辦過程式設計課程和泡茶課程。
每個人都應該終身學習新知識，而且新事物總能帶給人驚喜，這就是我們不斷突破自我的原因和動力。

Welcome to our school and thank you for having a look around. We're a cram school and a branch of Shane English Schools Taiwan that has been going for 11 years and yet we're still striving to improve, innovate and be creative. I am passionate about my students' academic and personal development and I've tried to gather a team of professionals who share that enthusiasm and have the expertise to make a positive impact on our students lives. We are a franchise of Shane English School Taiwan because we firmly believe in its ideals of professionalism, English immersion and learning through play, yet been a franchise English school has not stopped us from creating a unique and exciting learning environment; our school has an on-site 5-aside football pitch, a 4-storey climbing walls attached to the exterior, an X-box games room and a multi-discipline playroom hosting creative play classes inspired by Howard Gardner's theory of multiple intelligences. Firstly, every student is unique and it is our job to allow everyone to find their special talent. Secondly, we have to care about our students’ health, happiness and personal development and not just academic points. Furthermore, all academic research and personal experiences has shown that happy and healthy students perform better at school. Finally, the world is ever changing and while it is difficult to predict the world that our students will need to work and live in, we believe that by opening their eyes to the world and a multitude of experiences they will be better prepared for whatever that future may be. I have 30 years of experience in children's education in Miaoli County and have a good understanding of the positives and negatives of the Taiwanese education system and know the needs and desires of both parents and students. I've tried to gather together a team who can help deliver and even improve upon my dream of a fun, dynamic and valuable educational experience. Our team includes master degree holding, CELTA qualified native English teachers with over ten years of experience, a master degree holding educational psychologist, a football coach, wonderful support staff and highly experienced anchnban teachers. Like the world around us and the children we teach it's important for me that our school is constantly evolving and that also means I'm always on the look-out for new additions to our team, outside educators who can come in and introduce something different and interesting new lesson ideas. When our school doesn't have the expertise we find the people that do and that's why, for example, our climbing wall has been built and maintained by professionals from Zhubei's iClimb who've also given training courses to our staff and we've hosted programming lessons and even tea preparation lessons by experts. No person or institution should ever stop improving and that is why we strive to make progress each and every day. Please arrange a visit to our school or drop in at any time, we believe that we offer something unique to Zhunan and we're excited about the chance to help you and/or your child.
