楊亦東 教授

楊亦東教授自2007年起服務於國立臺灣科技大學營建工程系，於2018年起獲聘為系主任，其研究領域為營建管理、資訊科技、計算智慧、決策與風險分析以及離散事件模擬。楊教授於美國密西根大學安娜堡校區獲得土木工程博士學位(2002年)、工業工程碩士學位(1999年)、營建管理碩士學位(1996年)。楊教授於2015-2018年借調擔任財團法人臺灣營建研究院院長，目前擔任韓國土木工程學會學刊副總編輯、科技部工程學門複審委員、中華台北亞太暨國際工程師監督委員會主任委員、中國土木水利工程師學會資訊委員會主任委員，以及逾40本國際期刊審稿委員。此外，楊教授曾擔任以色列科學基金會審查委員以及泛太平洋土木基礎建設技術創新研討會的議程主席。

Dr. I-Tung Yang is currently Professor and Department Head of Civil and Construction Engineering at National Taiwan University of Science and Technology. Dr. Yang’s research interests concentrate on Construction Management, Computational Intelligence, Simulation Optimization and Risk Management, and Reliability-based Design Optimization. Dr. Yang received his Ph.D. degree in Civil Engineering (2002), M.S. degree in Industrial and Operations Engineering (1999), and M.S. degree in Construction Engineering and Management (1996) at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. Dr. Yang took a secondment to serve as President of Taiwan Construction Research Institute between 2015-2018. He is now Associate Editor of KSCE Journal of Civil Engineering, Chair of Chinese Taipei APEC Engineer/IPEA Monitoring Committee, Chair of Information Technology Committee in Chinese Institute of Civil and Hydraulic Engineering, and reviewer of 40+ international journals. In addition, Dr. Yang was in the Proposal Review Committee of Israel Science Foundation and Steering Committee for the International Symposium on Reliability of Multi-Disciplinary Engineering Systems under Uncertainty.
