青島武術舘成立由來:
民國八十年三月十日，林昌湘先生銜奉高道生恩師之命，於淡水設立青島武術舘，為發揚光大長拳螳螂門之武藝而奮鬥不懈。以「青島武術舘」命名，其因有三：一為王松亭師爺及高道生師系皆出身昔日赫赫有名之山東省「青島國術舘」，有薪火相傳之意，其二為時下之「國術舘」招牌林立街坊，大都以推拿整復傷科為業，而不以傳授國術為途，故取武術舘以市有別，其三為，昔日之大陸山東『青島國術舘』早已不復存在，斗膽取「青島武術舘」之名，有不忘本，剔勵思齊前賢們以宏揚國術為一生志業之胸襟與抱負
