📡 黴菌毒素 + 重金屬 = 電磁波敏感與心律不整的隱形推手

黴菌毒素：如赭麴毒素（OTA）、黃麴毒素等，會破壞免疫系統、加劇神經發炎，讓神經對 EMF 的刺激更敏感。

重金屬：汞、鋁、鉛、鎳等會沉積在神經系統與心臟組織中，改變細胞膜電位、阻礙粒線體能量生成，導致心律調節失衡。

中樞神經受傷：車禍、腦震盪、運動傷害，都可能讓神經系統更容易被外界干擾。

很多 EHS 患者會合併心律問題：
夜間心跳突然加快（心動過速）
心室早期收縮（PVC）、心房早期收縮（PAC）
心房顫動（AF）、心房撲動（AFL）
有些特殊心律疾病（如 Wolff–Parkinson–White syndrome）患者，更可能因 EMF 暴露增加猝死風險

這也是為什麼我會建議做 24 小時心律監測 + HRV（心率變異度）檢查，因為 HRV 是評估自律神經功能與迷走神經狀態的標準方法。

🔍 為什麼檢測很重要？
如果只是「減少電磁波暴露」而沒有處理底層問題，就像換了防蚊門，但屋裡還有一大窩孳生的蚊子。

體內黴菌毒素（尿液黴菌毒素檢測）
重金屬負荷（毛髮、血液、尿液測試）
自律神經功能（HRV、傾斜試驗）
心律異常（24 小時心電圖）

🛠 治療策略：減少輸入 + 增加排毒

減少輸入
儘量硬體連線（有線網路），不用 Wi-Fi 時關掉
手機免持、距離越遠越好（距離平方反比）
睡覺時關機、移除發射源
使用經檢驗有效的屏蔽布料、金屬漆（需接地）

增加排毒與修復
黴菌毒素排毒：根據不同的毒素，有不同的排毒方式。可能需要黑種草油、苦膽汁、百里香、活性碳、竹炭、綠球藻、特定益生菌...因人而異
重金屬排毒：ALA、NAC、麩胱甘肽、硒，必要時醫療級螯合（DMSA、DMPS、EDTA）
粒線體修復：鎂、D-核糖、左旋肉鹼、CoQ10、維生素 C、E、α-硫辛酸
修正牙科金屬（如汞合金）
飲食以抗氧化、高纖、無添加物為主
