2015玩美藝術節 從小做起， 「人」人皆是玩樂創意家
由內而外，用幸福家園創造玩美空間

今年的行動計畫，以「玩樂創意家」為規劃核心主軸，透過藝術與人、 校園、社區的空間連結，融入具公共空間概念的地景藝術，經由一系列的玩美活動，將藝術教育向下紮根，使藝術普及化、生活化，並展現公共藝術的多元性、互動性，期待持續以藝術之泉灌溉後，新北市能藉由在地資源與學生創作的連結，展現地方文化能量，並推展環境生活美學，綻放集體藝術創作的璀璨花朵及成果。
