為加速臺灣高齡健康與智慧照護新創接軌國際市場，明志科技大學創新育成中心攜手長庚科技大學，於 2026 年 8 月中旬率領培育企業赴日參與東京頂尖照護產業盛會「CareTEX Tokyo 2026」，全面展開展會拓銷、商機媒合與深度市場驗證任務。
本次出訪跳脫傳統參展框架，以「國際商務落地」與「在地場域驗證」為核心導向，實地掌握日本高齡照護產業推動「零約束、零疏忽」的精準科技需求，協助團隊將研發量能轉化為具備國際競爭力的商業實績：

• 前瞻照護技術研習：參與「拘縮預防與改善的介護技術」等專題講座，透過專業教材觀摩與技術實務探討，深入理解日本照護現場如何結合實務教育與專業技術以提升服務品質。

Bridging Global Eldercare Ecosystems: MCUTIIC and CGUST Lead Startups to CareTEX Tokyo 2026
To accelerate the international expansion of Taiwan's smart healthcare and eldercare innovations, the Innovation Incubation Center of Ming Chi University of Technology (MCUTIIC), in collaboration with Chang Gung University of Science and Technology (CGUST), led outstanding incubated enterprises to Tokyo, Japan, in mid-August 2026 to participate in the premier industry event, CareTEX Tokyo 2026.
Moving beyond conventional exhibition participation, this mission centered on global market deployment and localized operational validation, aligning Taiwan’s technological strengths with Japan’s stringent institutional requirements for restraint-free care:

【2026氫燃料電池巴士火災搶救與調查暨氫能安全研習會】🚌

因應淨零轉型與新能源運具發展趨勢，氫燃料電池巴士等新型態運具逐步導入公共運輸系統，相關安全管理、事故應變及消防救援機制也備受重視。智慧載具創業加速器（IVSA）很榮幸參與協辦「2026氫燃料電池巴士火災搶救與調查暨氫能安全研習會」，與產官學研夥伴共同推動新能源運具安全知識交流與實務應用。

📚本次研習會透過專題講座與實務演練，探討氫燃料電池技術、氫能儲存安全及新能源運具事故應變等重要議題。其中，培育企業亞氫動力股份有限公司由楊德洲副總經理分享「氫氣科技發展與儲存安全」，從產業實務角度介紹氫能技術發展現況與安全管理經驗。
🚒此外，活動現場安排氫燃料電池巴士展示與火災搶救演練，透過實車觀摩與案例交流，協助相關單位深入了解新能源運具特性，並強化未來事故應變與救援能力。
🌱感謝所有參與單位共同投入新能源運具安全推廣與教育訓練工作，期待透過跨領域合作與技術交流，持續促進氫能產業與智慧運輸發展。

【2026 Hydrogen Fuel Cell Bus Firefighting, Investigation and Hydrogen Safety Workshop】🚌
IVSA was honored to support the 2026 Hydrogen Fuel Cell Bus Firefighting, Investigation and Hydrogen Safety Workshop, bringing together industry, government, academia, and research partners to advance hydrogen mobility safety.
📚 The workshop covered hydrogen fuel cell technology, hydrogen storage safety, and emergency response practices. IVSA-incubated startup Asia Hydrogen Energy shared industry insights on hydrogen technology development and safety management.
🚒 Participants also joined live hydrogen fuel cell bus demonstrations and firefighting drills, gaining practical experience in emergency response and rescue operations.
🌱 Through collaboration and knowledge exchange, we look forward to supporting the continued growth of hydrogen energy and smart transportation.
