The SFD Laboratory page is the platform to publish our recent researches and interact with those who are interested in our work.

The Space and Flight Dynamics Laboratory (SFD Lab) investigates topics of dynamics, navigation, guidance, and control in space and flight dynamics. In specific, we focus on the following topics:
-- Orbit Mechanics and Control
-- Satellite Attitude Control
-- Computer-vision based navigation and guidance
-- Autonomous Flight of UAVs and MAVs

本實驗室致力於各項動力學、導航及控制的研究,並將其應用於太空飛行器與無人載具的導航與控制之上。具體研究項目包含:「軌道力學與控制」、「衛星姿態控制」、「電腦視覺與導航」、「拍翼式微飛行器導航與控制」及「旋翼機導航與控制」等。

Breakthrough Starshot in Pictures: Laser Sail Nanocraft to See Alpha Centauri 13/04/2016

本實驗室自 2010 年起, 便領先全世界, 開始探討雷射光推進太空船的軌道問題, 迄今已近六年.

當初會選擇此一研究題目, 即看準它在長程宇宙探險的優點, 如今此一堆進方式獲得霍金等大科學家的推薦, 做為未來跨星系間的推進方法, 代表台灣在太空科技的發展上, 可以跟先進國家並架齊驅.

Breakthrough Starshot in Pictures: Laser Sail Nanocraft to See Alpha Centauri Yuri Milner and astrophysicist Stephen Hawking announced Breakthrough Starshot, a new space exploration initiative, on April 12, 2016, in New York City.

The Space Day in Department of Aeronautics and Astronautics, National Cheng-Kung University. The main objective of this event is to discuss the potential of sending a CubeSat to Mars, and the collaboration between TW and FR researchers.

We are glad to provide an analysis on the challenges and opportunities of this mission from the viewpoint of trajectory design.
