春節節慶教學～^_^
Do you set off firecrackers for the New Year?
你會放鞭炮慶祝新年嗎？

Yes, we do! Firecrackers are a big part of the celebration. They’re meant to scare away evil spirits and bring good luck.
我們會的！鞭炮是慶祝活動的一部分，它象徵驅邪迎福。

Do you usually prepare any special food for the holiday?
你通常會為春節準備什麼特別的食物嗎？
Definitely! My family makes dumplings together, and sometimes we even hide coins inside for good luck in the coming year.
當然啦！我們家會一起包餃子，有時還會在餃子裡藏硬幣，象徵來年有好運。

What traditions do you follow for Lunar New Year?
你過春節時會遵循哪些傳統習俗呢？

I always visit my family and help decorate the house with red lanterns and couplets. It really brings the festive atmosphere!
我總是會回家和家人團聚，還會幫忙用紅燈籠和對聯裝飾房子，這樣節日氣氛特別濃厚！

節慶教學～新北市歡度聖誕節的慶祝方式～
在新北市，大家應該最熟悉不過的就是新北的歡樂耶誕城Christmasland in New Taipei City，每年都布置的很有聖誕節氣氛，吸引了滿滿的人潮前往朝聖！在美國，聖誕節相當於台灣的農曆新年，是家人團聚、相互送禮、寒暄的時光，故有不少留學美國的學生多會選擇在聖誕假期回到台灣與家人同聚。

聖誕樹的由來 History of Christmas trees
It is said there was a farmer who helped a poor boy on a cold, windy Christmas Eve and gave him a big Christmas meal. The boy cut the branch of a fir tree and put it into the ground.

He said, “Every year, at this time of year, there will be many presents in this beautiful village to repay your kindness.” After the boy left, the farmer discovered that the branch had grown up intoa tree. Then he realized that the boy was a messenger from God. This is the origin of the Christmas tree. The Christmas tree originated in Germany. You will usually find a star on top of each Christmas tree, because it symbolizes the star which led the Three Wise Men to visit Jesus after his birth.

據說有一位農民在一個風雪交加的聖誕夜裡接待了一個可憐的小男孩，讓他吃了一頓豐盛的聖誕晚餐，這位男孩告別時折了一根杉樹枝插在地上。

他說：「每一年 ，在這個時候，將會有很多的禮物留在這美麗的山村用來報答你的好意。」小孩走後，農民發現那樹枝竟變成了一棵樹，他才明白自己接待的原來是一位上帝的使者。這就是聖誕樹的由來。聖誕樹最先是出現在德國；每棵聖誕樹的頂端，必定有一棵特大的星星，象徵著那顆「引導東方三博士找到耶穌」的星星。

今天，小朋友們都是最閃亮的明星，
他們變身成巫婆、超人、公主、吸血鬼……要用創意征服全場！在舞台上自信地展現自己，一起說：「Trick or Treat !」

Trick or treat! Trick or treat! Give me something good to eat!
不給糖就搗蛋！不給糖就搗蛋！給我好吃的東西。
女巫阿姨準備了好多神秘關卡，等待勇敢的小勇士來挑戰！
讓我們一起變身成小小魔法師，開心闖關、快樂萬聖節！

萬聖節節慶教學～餅乾製作～^_^
秋意漸濃，橙色南瓜悄悄登場，黑貓、蝙蝠和可愛小鬼也蠢蠢欲動… 隨著一年一度的 萬聖節 接近，讓我們一起走進「魔法廚房」！在本次活動中，小朋友將體驗從洗南瓜、切備料、到親手搓製「幽靈餅乾」萬聖節日小點心。

端午節節慶教學-端午節包粽子的由來～
Because of their admiration for Chu Yuan, the local people living adjacent to the Mi Lo River rushed into their boats to search for him while throwing rice into the waters to appease the river dragons. Although they were unable to find Chu Yuan, their efforts are still commemorated today during the Dragon Boat Festival.
由於屈原受到居民的愛戴，大家紛紛的划船在江內尋找屈原，並且將米丟入汨羅江中，以平息汨羅江中的龍。雖然他們當時並沒有找到屈原，但是他們的行為，直到今天在端午節的時候，仍然被人們傳頌紀念著。
