新北市立中正國民中學（New Taipei Municipal Zhongzheng Junior High School）簡稱中正國中，是位於新北市土城區的一所國民中學。校園內共有忠孝、仁愛、力行、信義、和平、至善、德馨七棟教學大樓及一棟行政大樓，各棟大樓可以互通。在臺北縣尚未改制為新北市之前，常以縣中正來和位於臺北市的中正國中做區別。
新北市土城區中正國民中學草創於1987年5月，由前重慶國中校長王振東先生籌備，並蒙前土城鄉長簡省三先生暨議員呂進福先生等多位仕紳鼎力相助，與地方人士全力支持配合，使校地徵收及創校工作得以順利進行。
