【聲明稿】
The World In Your Classroom Taiwan 要暫時跟大家說再見了。
粉專停更了好一陣子，但是其實今年都還是有在跑著國際交流計畫的。從2021年轉型不再廣招學校，而是走小而美的學期性合作方式，確實少了很多流量，但整體成效對學生而言是更好的。
感謝過去這段日子與我們一起合作的老師與外國夥伴，我們真的也學到了很多，然而，考量成員們各自的生涯規劃，團隊在深思熟慮之後，很遺憾地宣布我們將暫停TWIYC.tw的媒合計畫，不再對外進行招募與提供媒合的服務。
回顧這七年來，招募了逾40個不同國家的400多位志工，影響了近5000名學生，從北到南，從都市到偏鄉，實在是不容易。比起數字，更重要的是，參與這計劃的所有人 - 老師、外國夥伴、我們，都是以志工性質在奉獻自己的時間跟心力，繼續為國際教育付出，為社會貢獻一點點改變的力量，衷心感謝你們的付出。
雖然我們未來不再公開舉辦活動，但我們仍希望推客到臺灣的理念能夠延續下去，讓志工與老師能夠繼續交流。我們將陸續以書信通知過去7年曾參與過TWIYC.tw的教師後續詳情。
最後，不想說這就是句點了，這只是一個很長的暫停鍵，若有什麼話想對TWIYC.tw團隊說的，一句辛苦了就夠了😀

【Official Announcement】
It’s a bittersweet moment for us…It’s time to say goodbye.
Our page has been inactive for a while, but in reality, we've still been running international exchange projects throughout this year. Since 2021, we've shifted our focus away from recruiting schools nationwide to adopting a more selective semester-based collaborative approach with just a few schools. While this approach has impacted our exposure on the social media, it has proven to be more beneficial and effective for our students.
We want to express our gratitude to the teachers and internationals who have collaborated with us over the years. TWIYC.tw team truly enjoy the moments spent with all of you. However, after careful consideration of the career plans of our team members, we regret to announce that we will be suspending the matching program. We will no longer recruit or provide matching services.
Looking back over the past seven years, we've recruited over 400 volunteers from more than 40 different countries, impacting nearly 5,000 students from urban to rural areas. Importantly, everyone involved in our projects—teachers, guest lecturers and our team—has volunteered their time and effort to contribute to international education in Taiwan. We sincerely thank you for your dedication.
Although we won't be organizing public events in the future, we hope our mission can continue, allowing volunteer resources to be fully utilized. We will notify teachers who have participated in TWIYC.tw over the past 7 years of further details in due course.
Finally, we don't want to consider this the end; it's merely a long pause. If you have any words for the TWIYC.tw team, a simple "thank you" will suffice. 🙂
