桃園快樂英語村提供孩子一個優質的英語學習環境，聘用來自美國、英國、加拿大...等英語系國家具合格教師證照的外籍教師教學，透過活潑有趣的教學活動、生活化地實際體驗，融入倫理品格、探索世界等題材，再運用電子科技的媒材，提供孩子提升國際競爭力的機會。

桃園快樂英語村除每年提供桃園縣內國小五年級的學生一日遊學之外，並於每年暑假辦理3天2夜夏令營遊學課程，開放全國升小三到升國一的小朋友參加，每年來自台灣本島及離島的小朋友均趨之若鶩。
