爲什麼選擇這個題目？

Last time Paul Lee mentioned AI (Artificial Intelligence) computing algorithm and its influences, Joseph as the IE asked how to apply AI.
It initialed my intention to make this speech.

上次Paul Lee提到了AI(人工智能)計算之演算法及其影響，Joseph作爲IE問如何應用AI。
它激發了我作這次演講的意圖。

2 Dr. 吳軍wrote a book in 2016, said:

2.1 you neither need to run an AI company , nor need to be a fabulous AI Programming Engineer.
2.2 But you must buy bigdata from AI company like we buy Electricity from Power company and fountain water from water company.
2.3 If you are good at utilizing bigdata bought from AI company, you will become top 2% of winners.

2.1 你既不需經營人工智能公司，也不需是一個出色的人工智能程序工程師。
2.2 但是你必須從AI公司購買大數據，比如我們從電力公司購買電力，從自來水公司購買噴泉水。
2.3 如果你善於利用AI公司買來的大數據，你將成爲前2%的贏家。

3 Sharing my Hands-on Experiences
分享我的親身經歷

3.1 I Would like to share my Hands-on Experiences on how we buy big data from AI company and utilize it.
3.2 From 12 years ago, Evershine created a WordPress-based Website and use Google Ads as marketing tools.
3.3 I always say Google is great AI company, I usually call Google computing algorithm is a kind of ” looking for a needle in the ocean” technology. Evershine is quite small ,like a needle, Google let potential clients find us　in the ocean when they require our services.
3.4 Through marketing test and clients’ feedback, we continually improve and enhance our services to be featured ,fabulous, excellent and trustable.
3.5 We have been won about 1000 clients from wherever located at in Taiwan, China, Asia and worldwide.
3.6 Therefore, if EVERSHINE can be called successful, Google is nameless hero.

3.1 我想分享我的親身經歷，如何從AI公司購買並運用大數據。
3.2 從12年前開始，我們創建了一個WordPress網站，並使用谷歌廣告。
3.3 我總是說谷歌是一家偉大的人工智能公司，我通常稱Google計算算法是一種“大海撈針”的技術。Evershine很小，像一根針，Google讓潛在客戶在需要我們服務的時候在大海中找到我們。
3.4 通過市場測試和客戶反饋，我們不斷改進和提高我們的服務，成為具特色，精彩，卓越和值得信賴。
3.5 我們已經贏得了來自臺灣，中國，亞洲和世界各地的約1000客戶。
3.6 因此，如果EVERSHINE能被稱爲成功，谷歌是無名英雄。

4 Suggestions to those, individual or company, who want to be more prosperous In the AI ages.
對想要在人工智能時代更繁榮的人或公司之建議

4.1 Learn what is WordPress ? and how to use it? Once you have any ideas, try to use WordPress to create your own Website.
4.2 Experience how to use Google Ads to expose your website to your Target Audience and attract them to contact you.
4.3 Enhance your services or products continually through clients’ feedback till become most competitive in the specific market segment.
4.4 If you are convinced by this speech, but you still don’t how to start doing it, ask one who have hands-on experiences to help you to shorten your learning curve.

4.1 學習什麼是WordPress?如何使用它?一旦你有任何想法，嘗試使用WordPress創建自己的網站。
4.2 體驗如何使用谷歌廣告，使您的網站向您的目標受衆，並吸引他們與您聯繫。

On August 28, 2017, #39 regular meeting of Evershine Bilingual TMC was successfully completed. This meeting included the first New Member Induction Ceremony of 2017-2018 term and a workshop "Your Top 10" hosted by Jo Wu, DTM. It was a meeting that was full of happy and joy of learning atmosphere.
After knocked down the gavel, new SAA Daniel Liu called meeting to order. And he led everyone to recite the mission of the Toastmasters club. Then President Dale Chen greeted everyone for attending this meeting.
VPE JR Yang as TME, he briefly introduced the Toastmasters club and Evershine club and the meeting theme "crisis". And introduced three meeting helpers. He thanked Formosa Joseph Lee to be firefighter as Timer, SAA Daniel Liu served as Ah Counter and new member Charles Chang as Vote Counter.
Followed by the first New Member Induction Ceremony of 2017-2018 term, in particular invited 2017-2018 H2 Area Director Samuel Chuang to host the ceremony. Three new members Anny Lin, Joy Chiu, Charles Chang firstly read the pledge, and then Evershine old members read the salutory to new members. The venue was full of joy, new member welcoming, thriving atmosphere.
We had two speakers in the prepared speech session. The first speaker was Joy Chiu, she delivered her C1 Chinese speech. She told her story smoothly, richly life experience, made her speech excellently and she got the best prepared speaker award.
The second speaker was Excellence club senior member Paul Lee, DTM. This was his third round of C3 speech. Speech title is "What's knowledge". He described four kinds of knowledge, emphasizing knowledge is power. Master the knowledge then you can hold the power.
Table Topics Session Master Helen Chen, DTM had prepared the meaningful questions. She got the Best Session Master Award as she hosted the session steadily and meaningfully. Guest Frank Chen, USWOT Member Sindy Yang, Guest Austin Shih, President Dale Chen and Secretary Anny Lin, respectively, delivered their table topics speeches, and guest Frank Chen won the best Table Topics Speaker Award.
Workshop: "your ten speeches" hosted be PECL club senior member Jo Wu, DTM. From C1: Ice Breaker to C10: Inspire your audience, she told us how to get to the point, how to prepare the speech, what’s the main point of each speech. It was so clear how to prepare these 10 speeches, so that all members benefited a lot.
USWOT IPP, Division C Assistant Director Irving Huang as General Evaluator evaluated the whole meeting, and pointed out the advantages of meeting and gave us her suggestions for improvement.
USWOT Treasury Diana Wu served as Individual evaluator of new member Joy Chiu C1 speech, she pointed out the advantages of the speech, and put forward constructive suggestions for Joy.
Innovative VPE Koki Nagayama served as Paul Lee, DTM speech C3 IE, detailed the merits of the presentation, pointed out the core values and gave suggestions for making the speech better and he won the Best Evaluator Award.
Language Evaluator Formosa senior member Billy Shyu, carefully listed those beautiful words - Jinyu Liangyan, and pointed out where to improve, so that we all have learned a lot.
I would like to thank the delegates attending the regular meeting with the guests for their enthusiastic participation to create a joy and joy.
We would like to thank all the participants, members and guests, we together created a good quality and abundant and joyful meeting.
