羅院長曾任社會科學學院副院長，現任臺灣研究中心主任及財政學系特聘教授，長期投入教學、研究與學術行政，並深耕跨域合作與人才培育。教學與服務表現亦備受肯定，曾3度榮獲教學優良教師獎、2度榮獲資深優良教師獎，並獲優良導師獎及傑出服務教師獎。

🎉 Welcome Dean Kuang-Ta Lo to the International College of Innovation!

Effective August 1, Professor Kuang-Ta Lo from the College of Social Sciences has officially taken office as Dean of the International College of Innovation.
Dean Lo previously served as Vice Dean of the College of Social Sciences and currently serves as Director of the Taiwan Studies Center and Distinguished Professor in the Department of Public Finance. His outstanding contributions to teaching and service have earned him the Teaching Excellence Award three times, the Senior Distinguished Teacher Award twice, as well as the Excellent Academic Advisor Award and the Distinguished Service Award.

We look forward to working with Dean Lo to further strengthen interdisciplinary innovation, expand international collaboration, and continue shaping ICI's future together. 🚀

Following the launch of our AI Innovation and Application Micro Program, the International College of Innovation is excited to introduce another interdisciplinary learning opportunity:

🌱 EMI Micro Program in Sustainable Transitions in Global Governance
Complete 4 required courses (12 credits) and earn an official Certificate of Completion! 🎓

As the world faces increasingly complex challenges such as climate change, ESG, and the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), future leaders need more than knowledge. They need the competencies to create meaningful and lasting change.

Through an English Medium Instruction (EMI) learning environment, interdisciplinary coursework, and real world global governance case studies, this micro program helps students develop five key sustainability competencies:
