is a wonderful heart opener and deep backbend that counteracts depression, aids infertility, stimulates the thyroid and pituitary glands, opens the accessory muscles of breathing and it's also wonderful pose for strengthening many muscles. Just how wonderful how so many benefits a simple yoga pose could bring you, as long as you are willing to step on the mat ☺️ (or without a mat!) ✨

Thanks for joining me at the Open your Heart Vinyasa flow last night! The heart chakra, which is embedded in the middle of your chest, acts like a bridge connecting the top three chakras and the bottom three chakras. When it is opened, we simply feel lighter and brighter from the inside ✨💛✨

Today we had the Yoga & Taichi workshop, it was a class full of fun and joy. Thank you everyone for joining, time was passing too fast that we totally ran overtime without realising. Hope that we can arrange to make another one this year and we promise to make the session longer this time :-)

"Open Your Heart - Vinyasa Flow"
Come for a deep heart opening practice

A vinyasa based asana practice that aims to connect the body and the mind by heightening our awareness and finding stability through moving from one pose to another. This class will be a combination of strength and flexibility suitable for students who are looking for an invigorating experience. In this style of practice, students will find themselves feeling physically restored and mentally balanced after class.
