歐美亞∣西班牙教育部官方授權∣全台唯一官方認證教學及檢定中心
歐美亞為西班牙教育部塞萬提斯學院，唯一在台授權官方教學及檢定中心。旨在教授西班牙語，及舉行西班牙語能力證書(DELE)的官方機構。
全體教師均為以西班牙語為母語的外籍教師，並通中文，均受到專業的培訓並具備豐富的對外西班牙語教學經驗。全體教師100%為西語考試(DELE)考試官。
DELE能力測驗，通過測驗取得的證書也是唯一西班牙教育頒發的終身語言能力證書。一旦取得，終身有效，全球通用。
