Following our initial exchange with , we were thrilled to finally connect over a video call! After a month of anticipation, the children had the opportunity to interact with their "new friends in Japan," introducing our schools and engaging in a lively Q&A session that proved to be an eye-opening experience. It was wonderful to discover how much our children have in common: they are equally animated and curious, sharing a love for Pokémon, princesses, and various fruits and vegetables! By a happy coincidence, we received their return mail the very next day, and the class gathered at the end of the day to uncover the contents together. The excitement on their faces confirmed the meaningful connections we had created from the previous day's conversation. We are now moving forward with plans to pair the children up for one final pen pal exchange before the school year concludes. 📝🇯🇵🇹🇼💻

Inspired by the recent Artemis 2 lunar flyby, which captured stunning photos of our planet, Blue Band children documented what they are thankful for about Earth. Astronaut described our home as a beautiful oasis and a fragile "spaceship" for humanity—a profound message that resonated with us.

We are excited to announce a wonderful opportunity for our Pre-Primary children: a pen-pal exchange with in Japan!

This engaging cultural and literacy-focused initiative began when they first visited us back in November of 2023. Since then, we have kept in touch and had several meetings with their team of educators.

To kick off the exchange, our students had the honor of introducing their classes to our new friends through a spoken and handwritten letter. Once the letters were ready, our Blue Band class took on the special task of posting the mail to be delivered at the post office!

Excitingly, confirmed they received our mail last week! Follow us for updates on this meaningful exchange with as we eagerly await their reply!

Our highly anticipated summer program is back for 4 exciting weeks June 29 - July 24, 2026! Each week we will explore an engaging theme with hands-on activities in an English language environment. You have 4 weeks to choose from:

🌳 Week 1: "In The Rainforest" 6/29 - 7/3
👒 Week 2: "Fashion Forward" 7/6 - 7/10
⚙️ Week 3: "Things That Move" 7/13 - 7/17
🐎 Week 4: "Wild Wild West" 7/20 - 7/24

Registration is open to the public for children ages 4-8. All summer program activities will be held on-site at Tinkerseeds Children's Workshop in Dazhi, Zhongshan District, Taipei City.

👶🐰 Last week we had two back-to-back Spring celebrations: Children’s Day and Easter! 👶🐰

Our children understand that every child needs food and sleep, and a place to learn and play. This year, we are dedicating our celebration to children in less fortunate places. We believe the learning that takes place here will ultimately impact the lives of others, making the world a better place through kindness and protecting nature.

We wholeheartedly welcome Spring, celebrating the new life and opportunities that this season brings.
