✨NCCU IMBA Oath Club | Zhongjiao Elementary School Cultural Exchange🌏
On April 9, NCCU IMBA students from the Oath Club visited Zhongjiao Elementary School for a joyful cultural exchange, bringing the world into the classroom for one unforgettable day.
Students from Guatemala, Eswatini, France, Thailand, and Peru shared their cultures through stories, songs, language, and interactive activities. Elementary school students had the chance to learn where these countries are on the map, discover special foods and festivals, and practice simple greetings from around the world.
The event was filled with laughter, curiosity, and meaningful connections. Through these fun exchanges, children were encouraged to open their minds, appreciate cultural diversity, and see the world from new perspectives.
More than just a school visit, this activity created special memories for both the elementary students and the NCCU IMBA volunteers. It was a beautiful reminder that friendship and global understanding can begin with simple sharing, sincere curiosity, and joyful learning.

The World in One Boat!🚣♂️NCCU IMBA Dragon Boat Team: Beyond Boundaries, Over the Waves! 🌊
Who says getting an MBA is all about sipping coffee in a classroom and talking strategy? ☕️📈
At NCCU IMBA Dragon Boat, we’re taking "Globalization" straight to the water! Our boat is basically a floating surprise box: your left paddle might be paired with a marketing pro from Europe, your right with a local tech elite from Taiwan, and a financial expert from the Americas right behind you. 🌍✨
In class, we debate business strategies in English. On the boat, we communicate through our souls (and some occasional screaming😜)! Whether your native language is Spanish, German, or Taiwanese, once you're on this boat, our one and only language is the team chant: " Together! 3,2,1!" 🗣️💥
This isn't just a race; it’s the ultimate " social gathering." We’re turning that textbook "Synergy" into real splashes and waves.💦It’s not just about the speed—it’s about that cross-border, sweat-soaked brotherhood and sisterhood. 🤝
Pro tip😉: Good rowing leads to great photos! 📸 Capture that "International Legion" vibe as we break the waves—guaranteed to get those likes from worldwide.
Don't hesitate! The NCCU IMBA Dragon Boat Team is looking for a fun-loving soul like you.
Crossing borders, fearless together! Come row with us and let’s head toward the world! 🌏🚣♀️

| 27 Hours Later: A Swazi in Taiwan✨
On 27 August 2024, I packed my entire life into a 23kg suitcase, grabbed my passport, my faith, and a dream. I left Eswatini for Taiwan, a country I only knew on paper. I didn’t know what life had in store for me, but I knew I was ready.
After 19 hours of flying (not counting the layovers in South Africa and Dubai), I finally arrived 27 hours later, in what would become my new home. New culture. New environment. New everything. And honestly? I was ready to embrace it all because I believed this place was packed with possibilities. And boy… was I right!!!
Stepping out of Taoyuan Airport felt like stepping into a sauna 🙈. The humidity hit me first, but the warmth of the Taiwanese people hit me harder😌. It was at that moment I knew I had made the right decision.
From eating at McDonald’s every day (the only familiar food I trusted at first 😉) to now eating tofu freely, I think it’s safe to say… I’m basically a Taiwanese resident now 😂.
This is the beginning of my Taiwan story… Stay tuned for more.

| Finding Real Rest in Mucha’s Mountains🌿
Life as an NCCU IMBA student isn't just about spreadsheets and strategy sessions. It’s also about knowing when to step away from the keyboard and reconnect. For many of us, hiking has become our essential weekly routine. We are incredibly lucky to have the breathtaking "Mucha Mountain" (and surrounding Maokong trails) right here in our own backyard.
Look at these incredible views Under that perfect, wide-open blue sky, surrounded by endless waves of lush green valleys, it’s impossible not to feel restored. These photos capture exactly what we mean by "good vibes" and beautiful nature in Taiwan.
But the most important part of this routine isn’t the exercise—it's the real rest. It's about being present in the moment. When we hike along these winding trails, we leave our phones in our bags and put work chatter on hold. It’s "no phone, no work" time. This disconnection allows us to clear our minds, truly listen to nature, and return to campus refreshed and ready for the week ahead.
If you are looking for an MBA program where you can thrive academically while enjoying an unparalleled quality of life, NCCU IMBA in Mucha is the perfect fit.
Come see why we love it here! ✨

【From Mountain Communities to Microchips: NCCU Students Discover the Many Faces of Hsinchu】
On March 7, 2026, 21 NCCU students, including international graduate students from IMBA, IMES, and IMPIS, and faculty members traveled to Hsinchu County for a one-day learning journey.
The day began at Big Hill North Moon (大山北月) in Hengshan Township, a social enterprise established in 2014 inside the former Feng Hsiang Elementary School campus. There, students learned about the organization’s efforts to empower local farmers, promote agricultural product innovation and marketing, and preserve regional history and culture. The group also enjoyed a lunch featuring local specialties.
The group then moved to TSMC Museum of Innovation in Hsinchu Science Park, where students had a clearer view of why Hsinchu stands at the center of Taiwan’s global reputation for technological excellence.
The final stop for the group was at the Chapel of Angels in Emei Township, where students were welcomed by TSMC Senior Vice President Lora Ho. During the visit, Ho shared her vision for the chapel not only as a religious space, but also as a place for the arts, young people, and the local community. She reflected on the restoration process and said she never considered giving up. That message of persistence left a strong impression on students and gave the trip an especially meaningful ending.

【 #政大人 專題報導】
政大走向國際舞臺的二十年
── 🇧🇿貝里斯駐臺大使梅凱瑟(Katherine Vanessa Meighan)

Mr. Ma also introduced the concept of the CFO or COO as an organizational “orchestrator,” responsible for ensuring alignment and coordination across complex global operations. He further elaborated on the company principle, which emphasizes shared information, unified decision making, and strong internal collaboration. His presentation concluded by encouraging students to reflect on their own career purpose and the impact they aspire to create.

📚the IMBA course | Leaders Forum📚
Throughout the course, the Forum invited speakers from a wide range of industries, including medical devices, quantum computing, high technology, and finance. Each session provided students with exposure to diverse professional perspectives and leadership experiences.
The fourth session featured Lora Ho, ESG Committee Chairperson and former Senior Vice President of Human Resources at TSMC, who offered a leadership focused presentation grounded in personal values and self reflection. She introduced the concept of maintaining both a professional resume and a “life resume,” which reflects personal character, values, and relationships. Ms. Ho emphasized that effective leadership is built on integrity, trust, humility, and self confidence. She also shared practical insights on communication and team culture, highlighting the importance of emotional intelligence and thoughtful delivery of feedback. Her talk encouraged students to view leadership as a responsibility centered on developing people and fostering inclusive and collaborative environments.
