Back on campus, back together 🤍

A few days ago we celebrated NTUST’s 51st Anniversary and it was such a great day, from the super fun sports parade to catching up at the iMBA alumni gathering. The energy, the cheers, the run-ins with both new and familiar faces… we loved every bit of it.

So nice seeing alumni back on campus, sharing stories, career journeys, and a few laughs with current students. Definitely one of those moments that reminds us how strong the iMBA community really is.

From the field to the lunch gathering, it was all about good vibes and even better company ✨

Can’t wait to do this again. Once iMBA, always iMBA 🤍

Welcoming new faces and celebrating traditions 🏮✨
Yesterday NTUST MBA students gathered to welcome our new classmates and celebrate the Lantern Festival with a bowl of tangyuan. It was truly a warm noon to reconnect after the winter break, meet our professors, and for freshmen to get to know their seniors and fellow classmate🌟

[2025 Oversea Business Studies in Singapore🇸🇬]

Our iMBA students visited Nanyang Technological University (NTU).
The Head of University Immersion Programme, Mr. Narula, introduced a lot of information about NTU.

Both sides shared the unique features of their institutions as well as information about key academic programs, and the exchange concluded with a campus tour.

This visit allowed us to gain a deeper understanding of NTU’s strengths while exchanging valuable insights and new perspectives through academic discussion.

We sincerely thank Nanyang Technological University for the warm hospitality and generous sharing. Beyond the academic exchange, the beautiful campus environment also allowed us to envision a more tangible and inspiring picture of studying abroad.

[2025 Oversea Business Studies in Singapore🇸🇬]

During our overseas business study, we had the privilege of visiting Delta Electronics Singapore ( )for an in-depth and insightful exchange. From a showroom tour led by Project Engineer Mr. Han Wei Ong, to engaging sharing sessions with General Manager Mr. PS Tang and Talent Acquisition Manager Ms. Joycelin Goh, the visit offered us a comprehensive view of Delta’s business operations and corporate culture.

Mr. PS Tang shared the story behind the development of the Innergie brand and illustrated how innovation can be cultivated within an established corporation. Mr. Han Wei Ong provided detailed explanations of Delta’s products and technological strengths, while Ms. Joycelin Goh offered valuable insights from an HR perspective, including what global companies look for in talent and how candidates can better position themselves through their resumes.

One particularly inspiring takeaway was Mr. Tang’s reflection that developing a consumer-oriented brand like Innergie, which is closely connected to everyday life, allows Delta to reach the public through more accessible and diverse touchpoints.

Through this visit, we also gained deeper insight into how multinational enterprises approach management, innovation, and talent development.

We sincerely thank Delta Electronics Singapore for the warm hospitality and meaningful sharing.

[2025 Oversea Business Studies in Singapore🇸🇬]

We had the privilege of visiting Ninja Van, one of Singapore’s leading logistics companies, during our overseas study trip. Wee Hou, Head of Commercial (Singapore), warmly welcomed us and guided us through Ninja Van’s business model in Southeast Asia through an insightful presentation and interactive Q&A session.

In addition to learning about Ninja Van’s growth journey and regional strategy, we also shared Taiwan’s E-commerce Logistics Landscape, creating a meaningful two-way exchange. During the discussion, the team candidly shared the real challenges of cross-border operations. One key takeaway that left a strong impression on us was:
“Differences in national policies are one of the biggest challenges in multinational operations and require constant localization.”

This visit not only deepened our understanding of the logistics industry, but also offered valuable insights into how companies balance efficiency, regulations, and localization when expanding across regions.

Special thanks to Ninja Van for the warm hospitality and generous sharing of insights.

Gabrielle, Assistant Director, shared how SMU strongly supports students’ ideas and provides resources for entrepreneurship. Several speakers also shared their startup journeys and challenges, inspiring students interested in starting their own businesses.

The visit not only gave us a deeper understanding of how entrepreneurship is nurtured within a university ecosystem, but also expanded our imagination of what is possible on the entrepreneurial journey.

Thanks to SMU for the warm welcome!
