🌿 JET 雙語夏令營｜第二週精彩回顧 🌿

有些學習，不是記住答案，而是遇見文化；有些成長，不是學會技巧，而是懂得欣賞與傳承。

第二週，孩子們放慢腳步，從一筆一畫的藝術書法中感受文字的溫度；親手製作風車笛與毛根蜻蜓，發現簡單的材料，也能承載童年的快樂與創意。

我們也透過韓國投壺和日本新年板羽球，認識不同國家的傳統遊戲，了解它們背後的歷史、禮儀與文化精神。原來，每一個遊戲，不只是娛樂，更是一代又一代流傳下來的生活智慧。

戶外教學來到新平溪煤礦博物館與猴硐。走進礦坑，聽見臺灣土地曾經努力奮鬥的故事；漫步貓村，感受人與自然和諧共存的美好。在探索中，孩子們不只是看見風景，更學會珍惜歷史、尊重文化。

學習，從來不只是課本上的知識，而是一次次親身體驗、一段段真實感受。願孩子們帶走的不只是作品，更是對世界多一分好奇，對文化多一分理解，對生活多一分熱愛。💛

🌟 JET English Summer Camp | Week 2 Highlights 🌟

This week began with a simple question:
"Are we making something today?" The answer was, "Yes—something exciting, every single day!" 💛

Our young engineers built STEM Helicopters 🚁 and discovered that great ideas take patience, teamwork, and a few test flights.

The classroom soon filled with the sweet smell of freshly baked banana cake 🍌🧁 as our campers mixed, baked, and proudly enjoyed their homemade treats.

Learning wasn't just fun—it was meaningful. During First Aid Training ⛑️, campers gained practical skills that could one day help themselves or others.

Then it was time to look up! 🧗
With every step on the climbing wall, fears turned into confidence, and "I can't" became "I did it!"

Our adventure ended with a trip to the New Pingxi Coal Mine Museum and Houtong Cat Village. 🚂🐈
From discovering Taiwan's mining history to meeting Houtong's famous cats, every stop became another page in our summer story.

「老師！今天還有活動嗎？」每天放學前，總能聽見孩子們依依不捨地問著。

JET 雙語夏令營的第一週，就在歡笑、挑戰與驚喜中畫下完美句點！✨

孩子們穿上直排輪，在一次次跌倒與站起來之間，學會了勇敢與平衡；踩上高蹺時，從緊張害怕到露出燦爛笑容，每一步都是突破自己的成就感。🛼🎪

靜下心來，他們拿起毛筆，一筆一畫體驗書法之美；再發揮天馬行空的創意，親手彩繪屬於自己的環保購物袋，把獨一無二的作品帶回家。🖌️🛍️

這週，我們也一起環遊世界！透過俄羅斯娃娃認識不同國家的文化特色，也從日本達摩娃娃了解「堅持、不放棄」的精神，讓文化學習變得有趣又充滿意義。🪆🎎

最令人期待的戶外教學，當然就是前往玩具博物館！孩子們穿梭在充滿回憶的玩具世界，認識不同年代的經典玩具，更親手製作線軸車、體驗競速的樂趣，在玩樂中動手、動腦，也收穫滿滿的笑聲與成就感。🚗💨

在 JET，我們相信最好的學習，不只是坐在教室裡，而是在每一次體驗、每一次挑戰、每一次探索中自然發生。

🌟 JET English Summer Camp | Week 1 Highlights 🌟

Our first week of JET English Summer Camp was filled with laughter, learning, and unforgettable memories! 🥳

This week's STEM projects included:
🫧 Bubble Bot – Exploring the science of bubbles while building a fun bubble-blowing robot.
🌈 Rainbow Roller – Discovering colors, motion, and creativity through hands-on experiments.
🚀 Catapult – Designing and building a catapult to learn about force, angles, and engineering.

We also enjoyed an exciting field trip to the Toy Museum! 🎈
The campers explored toys from different generations through interactive exhibits and hands-on activities, creating wonderful memories while learning about the history of play.

We can't wait for more exciting challenges and adventures in the weeks ahead. At JET English Summer Camp, our campers learn, explore, and grow through fun experiences in a full English environment! 💛

The children loved searching for tiny creatures, observing nature up close, and learning about different habitats and insects along the way. 🐛🪲🍃

From busy ants to beautiful butterflies, every little discovery sparked curiosity and excitement! 💚
