1) 創意教育培力課程 (PACE) - 規劃完善且符合各種需求或年齡層的高品質創意教育計畫。以實作手法及專題式的課程培養知識
2) 遠景計畫 Brighter Futures - 建立社會經驗和信心，更好的與社會相融
3) 心滿意足計畫 - 為缺少資源的家庭及個人提供所需資源
4) 大朋友志工培訓及實習機會 - 透過教育訓練及提供志工機會促進社區參與

Bright Side Projects features educational programs providing knowledge outside of classroom settings, promoting compassion and broadening worldviews on culture and social issues such as animal welfare and environmentalism through art. We achieve our mission through four main programs:
1) PArticipatory Creative Education (PACE) - coordinated quality creative education programs tailored for various ages and needs; builds knowledge in hands-on, project-based lessons
2) Brighter Futures - socialization and confidence building for success, integration, and well-being in society
3) Full Hearts Fulfillment Program - providing resources for families and at-risk individuals
4) Big Friend Volunteers and Internships Opportunities - community involvement through training and volunteer opportunities
