國立臺灣大學禮賓學生 NTU Student Ambassadors 國立臺灣大學校級禮賓學生提供學生接待外賓的機會，幫助學生與國際接軌！

校級禮賓學生計畫

申請資格
1. 臺大學生（不限大學部、研究所或博士班）
2. 不限國籍（外籍學生須具備基本中文能力）
3. 須配合執行任務至少一年整
4. 親切、大方、有禮、細心
5. 了解臺大並有能力向外賓介紹臺大

工作內容
● 接待各國來訪外賓，包括協助會議現場工作、圖文記錄、校園導覽
● 接待國際學人，包括接機、協助其在臺生活初步安頓
● 支援辦理國際會議
● 支援國際事務處不定期活動

工作時間
一般接待訪賓以週一至週五辦公時間為主（8am-6pm），接待國際學人任務時間可自行與學人調配，接機或國際會議時間則不定，亦可能於週末或國定假日值勤。分配任務的方式採報名制，國際事務處一般於執行任務至少前一週發通知給全體禮賓學生，說明任務內容及時間，可配合的同學回信報名該任務。鼓勵同學以上課為主，課餘時間爭取任務機會。

甄選流程
校級禮賓學生計畫每學年皆會進行甄選，以下為學年時間表：
● 七八月：公告甄選
● 九月：報名期間
● 十月：面試、通知錄取與密集培訓
● 不定時：常態培訓課程

禮賓學生證書
依「禮賓學生積點制度」累積點數，於每年的新學年培訓課程時結算，頒發證書給點數到達資格之同學。

禮賓學生資格的維持
錄取後，可擔任至畢業。

禮賓學生資格的取消
●未參加培訓課程
●臨時取消已報名任務
●於任務時出現不當行為舉止

This Labor Day weekend, our SAs took part in an exciting campus orienteering session under the expert guidance of Ms. Chuang Pei-chi. A huge thank you to Ms. Chuang for helping us rediscover every corner of our beautiful campus!
We also hit the road for our golf cart driving training. There’s nothing like cruising down Royal Palm Boulevard at 20 km/h to gear up for our upcoming missions.
