1. Choose 5 habits from the list below to achieve everyday for 30 days
2. Join the “30 day new habits challenge” private Facebook group page
3. Daily engagement post (like, comment and/or share) in the private Facebook group page
4. Complete 26 out of the 30 days of your 5 daily habits challenge and daily engagement.

✨18 Habits of Developing a Positive Mindset✨
1- Wake up early (2 hours earlier than usual)
2- Do a brief digital detox (no phone, computer, digital pad or tv)- 30 minutes after waking up and 1 hour before sleep time
3- Start your day with calming music
4- Work out 30 mins in the morning
5- Eat a healthy breakfast (oatmeal, fruits, vegetables, soy bean milk, almond milk, avocado toast, etc.)
6- Meditate for a total of 20 minutes each day (10 mins in the morning and 10 mins at night)
7- Choose 3 goals to prioritize each day
8- Keep a daily journal (write for 10 minutes)
9- Practice gratitude (write 3 things you’re grateful for today and speak it out loud
10- Read up on your industry or learn something new each day for 30 minutes
11- Consume motivational content (read 5 mins of motivational quotes or watch 5 mins of motivational videos)
12- Surround yourself with positive people (talk to at least 1 positive friend for at least 30 mins each day)
13- Pencil in personal time to relax (bubble bath, walk in nature, read a novel…) for at least 30 minutes each day
14- Be more health conscious (be aware of diet, exercise, lifestyle)
15- Move your body throughout the day
16- Keep your space organized and clean
17- Get efficient rest every night (at least 7 hours)
18- Go to sleep before 23:30
