我們是國立臺灣大學永恆之歌甘美朗樂團！我們誠意邀請您一起前來參加12月2日於臺大文學院正門舉辦的巴里島甘美朗樂舞展演。

巴里島除了是世界著名的觀光旅遊勝地，亦是擁有各種豐富藝術生態的地方。巴里島甘美朗樂舞是當地宗教生活中不可或缺的部分，至今仍生生不息，不斷推陳出新。巴里島甘美朗更於世界各地落地生根，不同國家都有極具特色的甘美朗樂團。臺灣與東南亞關係密切，在臺甘美朗更是大家不能錯過的表演節目！

臺大永恆之歌甘美朗樂團自2018年始，透過臺大音樂所之甘美朗實踐課程，累積許多師生及演出經驗，並數度邀請享譽國際之巴里島作曲家I Nyoman Windha前來，指導臺大師生並一同演出。最近疫情趨緩，臺大音樂所終能再度邀請Pak Windha來臺，與臺大系統師生及外校團員開設一個月之密集課程，以巴里島的方式來學習巴里島甘美朗。此次展演由Pak Windha帶領臺大師生，連同舞蹈家太太 I Gusti Agung Ayu Warsiki、他們才華洋溢的孫女Keisha Anggita Pramesti，以及在臺中爪哇舞蹈家 Anastasia Melati，一同以全臺唯一一套之克比亞甘美朗（Gamelan Gong Kebyar），為觀眾帶來一場豐富多元的演出，除了有不同風貌的巴里島舞曲，更有Pak Windha於1987年創作之經典作品，機會十分難得！

On behalf of the NTU Gamelan Ensemble Gita Lestari, I am writing to sincerely invite you to a unique Balinese gamelan performance on 2nd December 2022 (Friday) at the front porch of NTU College of Liberal Arts from 12:30 to 13:20.

The beautiful Pulau Bali is a world-famous tourist spot for pleasurable landscapes and vacations. Yet it also houses one of the most diverse cultural ecologies of performing arts. Balinese Gamelan music and dance are inseparable from local religion and everyday life. Its tradition is still vibrant and keeps evolving through time. Besides, Balinese gamelan has been disseminated worldwide and has shown prominent regional characteristics in different countries. As we witness the tight relationship between Taiwan and Southeast Asia in recent years, we must not miss this opportunity to enjoy the growth of Balinese gamelan in Taiwan as well!

NTU Gamelan Gita Lestari started in 2018 via the practical course at the Graduate Institute of Musicology at NTU, and has now nurtured many members and accumulated various kinds of performing experience. We have invited I Nyoman Windha several times to perform with students and members. With the pandemic gradually being eased, we finally got the chance to invite Pak Windha again this year to conduct a month of intensive training with NTU members, teaching Balinese gamelan the Balinese way. The performance, led by Pak Windha, together with his wife, dance artist I Gusti Agung Ayu Warsiki, their enormously gifted granddaughter Keisha Anggita Pramesti, and Javanese dance artist residing in Taiwan, Anastasia Melati, will showcase not only various types of traditional dance pieces, but also Pak Windha’s classic composition in 1987 with exciting and energetic Gamelan Gong Kebyar!

Most important, it’s free admission! You are all welcome to experience the lively culture of Bali together!

I Nyoman Windha
國際著名巴里島作曲家World-renowned Balinese Composer
I Nyoman Windha畢業自巴里島藝術學院和日惹藝術學院，2005年取得美國Mills College碩士學位，長期擔任巴里島藝術學院作曲系教授。自1982年開始創作，作品產量極豐富，每年幾乎皆能完成一規模龐大作品，是國際公認最具代表性的巴里島作曲家之一，被譽為甘美朗世界的莫札特。Windha經常受邀赴國外教學，也代表任教學校出國巡演，足跡遍及全球。

他及舞蹈家太太I Gusti Agung Ayu Warsiki老師於2018年及2019年受臺大音樂所之邀，前來帶領巴里島甘美朗課程的期末集訓和展演，就此與臺大音樂學所建立深厚合作關係。Windha亦於疫情期間，以線上方式為臺大師生提供指導及分享巴里島文化知識。

I Nyoman Windha graduated from Indonesian Institute of the Arts at Denpasar and Yogyakarta respectively. He earned his master from Mills College in America, and has returned to the Institute at Bali to teach composition for many years. Started composing in 1982, Pak Windha is often described as Mozart of Bali, praising his huge amount of works. He is in no doubt one of the most celebrated Balinese gamelan composers and musicians of all time. Pak Windha often travels around the world for teaching and performing.

Together with his wife, dance artist I Gusti Agung Ayu Warsiki, the couple was invited to NTU for an intensive training and performance for the gamelan course at NTU from 2018 onwards, forming a strong bonding with NTU faculty and students. Pak Windha was also helpful in conveying Balinese ontology and knowledge to NTU via online during the pandemic.

巴里島舞蹈家 Balinese Dance Artist
出身舞蹈世家，父母和祖父母都是知名舞者，繼承巴里島古典舞蹈傳統。自巴里島藝術學院畢業後，長年任教巴里島藝術高中。她與Windha教授數度擔任上述Gamelan Sekar Jaya的駐團指導，並於2015-16年在美國Holy Cross College 擔任客座。她也多次隨團赴歐亞不同國家演出。她與Pak Windha於2018年及2019年的6月均曾前來臺大指導巴里島樂舞課程，並於期末集訓和展演中與師生一同演出。此次將演出 Tari Margapati，以中性姿態展現森林之王的威武之風。

I Gusti Agung Ayu Warsiki grew up in a family of dance culture. Her grandparents and parents are all renowned dancers, representing a generation of classically trained Balinese artists. Since her graduation from Indonesian Institute of the Arts at Denpasar, she has been teaching traditional dance at Bali Arts High School. She and her husband I Nyoman Windha were the instructors for Gamelan Sekar Jaya several times and have performed in many countries. She was also a visiting artist at Holy Cross College in 2015-16. In June 2018 and June 2019, the couple was invited to NTU for intensive training, and performed with faculty and students together with Indonesian artists in and outside of Taiwan. She is performing Tari Margapati, a dance exhibiting the movements of the king of the jungle hunting its prey.

Anastasia Melati
在臺中爪哇宮廷舞者
Javanese Court Dance Artist Residing in Taiwan
國立臺北藝術大學舞蹈系博士候選人，本校音樂所兼任講師。為資深日惹宮廷舞者也學習巴里島舞蹈多年。Melati在臺致力推廣印尼文化，除了參與十分多的舞蹈表演，她亦於本校及民間機構開授舞蹈工作坊，向臺灣舞者教授傳統舞蹈。她亦多次協助本校巴里島舞蹈之教學，與臺大甘美朗樂團經常合作演出。此次將演出極具特色的老人面具舞Topeng Tua，描述曾經為絕頂舞者，現為年邁老人，在回想當年風采時的種種姿態。

Anastasia Melati is now a Ph.D. Candidate at the Department of Dance in TNUA, and a part-time lecturer in NTU. She is a renowned Javanese court dancer. She has learnt Balinese dance for many years. Mbak Melati is committed to promoting Indonesian culture in Taiwan, not only has she performed in various Indonesia-themed events, but also has taught traditional dance to Taiwanese dancers. She also conducted dance courses for NTU, and performed with NTU Gamelan Gita Lestari for many occasions. She is performing Topeng Tua, a dance depicting the gestures and emotions of an old man remembering his former glory of being a great dancer.

Keisha Anggita Pramesti
巴里島舞者 Balinese Dancer
Windha與Warsiki夫婦的孫女，從小耳濡目染，雖年僅12歲卻已經獲得許多舞蹈比賽的獎項，更無師自通，已能演奏困難度極高的gamelan gender wayang，也能打鼓，樂舞天賦極高。此次她將演出Tari Condong，為19世紀至今流行於宮廷的雷貢舞（Legong）之開場舞。

Keisha Anggita Pramesti is the granddaughter of Pak Windha and Ibu Warsiki. She learnt Balinese performing arts from family, and has won various dance competitions. She is a greatly talented gender wayang and kendang player too. She is specially invited to perform Tari Condong. It is the opening sequence of Legong Kraton, a popular court dance since the 19th century.

NTU Gamelan Gita Lestari
臺大永恆之歌甘美朗樂團

Pak Windha為臺大的甘美朗樂團取名Gita Lestari「永恆之歌」, 意為讓甘美朗的聲音在臺灣能永恆地持續下去。臺大永恆之歌甘美朗樂團成員由國立臺灣大學、國立臺灣師範大學與國立臺灣科技大學師生組成，成員來自臺灣、印尼、香港、馬來西亞、韓國、日本等不同國家，學習背景亦十分多元。

The name Gita Lestari, literally meaning everlasting song in Balinese, was given by Pak Windha in 2018, wishing to sustain the sound of Balinese gamelan in NTU and Taiwan. NTU Gamelan Gita Lestari is formed by faculty and students, mostly from National Taiwan University (NTU), National Taiwan Normal University (NTNU), and National Taiwan University of Science and Technology (NTUST). Members come from Taiwan, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Korea, Japan etc., and they have diverse backgrounds in academic studies.
