Welcome to join me Thursday's for yoga practice. I will share a few of the principles of yoga, and how anyone, and everyone, can start to participate and enjoy a yoga that is right for them.

Those who attend should bring a yoga mat.
Donations are welcome but not at all required.

Since space is very limited ( max 8 I think ) please DM me personally if you would like to join so I can notify people if / when the room is full.

when training with Tony he would often open our practice with some Qi Gong. I really appreciated this gentle way to warm up the body with movement and energize the spirit.
