＊10:00 - 10:30 理論介紹與測量食材
10:30 - 12:00 備料與烘焙
12:00 - 13:00 自己做午餐
費用：$2700元 （一大一小）
增加一位小朋友酌收$900元
不需家長陪同的孩子，費用$1800
＊會使用刀具建議小朋友年齡：6-12歲
講師介紹：
Peter 老師已有24年的教學經驗, 在澳洲與加拿大是科學老師。在台灣18年訓練老師與英文教育, 近年開始教授烘焙。小時候他會在廚房跟媽媽一起做甜點, 最愛舔完湯匙上剩下的食物。
這堂課程結合老師的背景：烘焙與科學。大部分的課程都已為學生準備好食材, 大家只要照著指示做就好。Peter老師設計不一樣的教學方式, 小朋友要學會測量食物的輕重與了解每種食材背後的科學原理。
這是親子課程，讓爸爸媽媽與孩子一起做餅乾的同時也一起學習，在課堂的第一部份小朋友學習備料，當餅乾在烤時，第二部份學習自己做午餐，讓孩子了解烘焙與烹飪的不同。快來跟我們一起做餅乾吧！完成後可以帶回家
